Communication is very bad.

Communication is very bad.
They mediated between me and EasyPark, who wanted to charge me for a service that they didn't provide.
I tried to use the app to pay for parking and the app kept on shutting down, so I paid the normal way using the machine in the street.
After that they charged me for the parking.
I refunded the amount and called easy park to explain, they said they will call me back and never did.
I sent all the proofs of the call, to the coeo-incasso and they responded without even checking the screenshots.
the screenshots show a 2 minute long call, and the respond from them was "We only see a number and the time you called. We are no time duration that the call lasted".
Next time please check screenshots before responding and making judgments, or hire better people.

I have contacted them twice by email to clarify my case but never received a reviewed case statement. Long story short: I rented a car using MyWheels. I prepaid 105 EUR, but the total amount was 109 EUR, so I had to pay an extra 4 EUR. This information wasn't revealed on MyWheels, and I only figured it out months later—it was too late by then. MyWheels sent an extra 40 EUR fee using coeo-incasso and also charged me an additional 15 EUR for the delay. I contacted MyWheels, paid the 4 EUR, and they removed the 15 EUR extra charge. BUT I still receive emails from coeo-incasso about the 40 EUR, which doesn't make any sense since I settled the case with MyWheels due to their inadequate communication and unclear invoicing.

I've written to coeo-incasso a third time about this issue and am still waiting for a response, months later. It seems like they have no customer service and are using an automated process with no oversight.

Here is a case number: 96814560. Please answer for me. Also I am thinking whenever is it a scam? In light of all this it seems like.

Update: 29-07-24: No, the case is not closed at all, still available on my account (to be paid). Additionally I got a letter in my mail box as well. So? Anyway why the communication is just impossible?

The customer service cannot be reached

The customer service is not reachable by phone and does not answer emails or requests placed in chat messages. I've been unsuccessful in trying to contact them for over a couple of weeks.

I keep receiving letters at my home that are addressed to people who don't live here. I've contacted Coeo multiple times and returned the letters to the sender, but they keep sending them back to my address. It's very frustrating trying to explain the situation to them when they cannot be reached by phone and no one reacts to emails or chat message.

Incasso - A Terrible Customer Experience

In 2020, I had Disney Plus, and because I moved to @latvia, a country this stream wasn't supporting, I had to cancel. The payment method was via Klarna direct debit, and I contacted Disney as I couldn't log in to my account to terminate it due to the country's limitations.

They replied that not paying would automatically cancel the plan (attached). A few weeks later, Klarna contacted me, charging the value; I informed them, shared documents, connected both parties and moved on.

A few weeks later, but still in 2021, my issues began: Incasso started to try to charge me for this debit.

For several years, I have been sharing the same documents, and every three months, they threaten to charge even more over and over. I politely replied, explaining the situation and sharing the documents proving this charge must be disregarded. Still, they insist, and that's the reason why I am reporting this to Trust Pilot.

Scare tactics in partnership with Klarna

Phone calls and emails seemed like one of those scammers’ business models targeting senior and vulnerable people: company X refunds after a return and sends wrong credit nota, Klarna acknowledges there was a mistake but is hell bent on getting the same amount from customer via these gentlemen of the incasso bureau.

If this was legal, you would have found the perfect scamming business (just swap two random credit nota and keep the extra amount by using scare tactics on customers).

Advice from our lawyers: especially if it’s a small amount, don’t pay. They normally would never go for a lawsuit because they know too well what they are doing and because they would end up paying more (otherwise they wouldn’t use scare tactics).

Don’t fall for these shenanigans and if you happen to hear from these gentlemen just tell them you’ll be waiting in court.

Vorsicht vor Klarna und Coeo

I ordered and received razor blades via Ebay in May 2023. I transferred the purchase price directly to the supplier. Nevertheless, I received an invoice from Klarna. All of my subsequent letters were not answered, but I received a letter from Coeo with a request for payment. After I provided proof there that the invoice had already been paid and that I generally don't pay via Klarna because of a bad experience, there was radio silence again. Now in October I'm suddenly receiving reminders and threats of coercion from Coeo, I'm already looking forward to that.
All letters to Coeo are not answered, so I can only warn against working with Klarna and Coeo.
I have never experienced such a constellation of ignorance towards the customer as from these two companies.

fraud company with the most stupid Consumer Service

FRAUD company with the most stupid consumer service i have ever spoke with!!! Shoes sent back to Nike, Nike as original payment method sent money to Klarna, and Klarna confirmed that money was transfered to COEO because of open case ( case closed and BTW, COEO did not informed Klarna that they closed case after collecting money ) - > now after 8 phone calls with this dummass , thy claim that they never received it ( i did sent them invoice numbers provided by Klarna with screenshot, email and conversation proof, invoice numbers 4612016363157518828, 4612016363157453292, 4612016363157387752 ) Talked to Vincent, Ashley both dumass with no empowerment to solve or even provide practical information on the case, all Ashley was saying is " we are working on it " - impossible to talk to any manager if there even is any, after 10 min on hold she passed information that manager will not speak with me, but before that fact, she was telling me that manager will call me back, when i refused i waited 10 min to hear, that she will not speak with me ( hahahaha ). Look out for them this should go to some higher instance.
