We have two water dispensers in the office and we really satisfied with their work. Frau Skupin service technician comes every half year to do a maintenance for our devices. She always does a great job, explain if we have any questions and very nice person in general :)
We have a few machines (coffee and water dispensers). The Service Technician Oliver Jonischkeit has attended our machines 2 times already and did a great job each time. He answers all questions, gives good recommendations, explains certain procedures and has fixed our problem to our satisfaction. He remains calm and patient.
