Roasting Notes
This is our only Robusta on the site and sourced from Vietnam. This is very chaffy and oily and if you are going to have a problem with smoking or fire hazard, this is the coffee that will do it! We only EVER use this to blend with other coffee to increase caffeine content. It is typically twice the caffeine of all the other coffee on here. It also provides a superb crema. Depending on your roaster, you may want to roast this with other coffees rather than post blend after roasting.
We recommend using this for 10-15% of a coffee blend.
