Hi Steve, we are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. However, we have no control on Aussie Post delivery time. Your coffee beans have been dispatched the same day when your order was placed. I can see now it has just been delivered. I absolutely agree that 2 weeks delivery time is not acceptable. We will lodge an offical complaint. My apologies again!
