The shipment was massively delayed
The shipment was massively delayed, it has been over 4 weeks and I am yet to receive my machine. In other words, the maximum promised delivery date has not been met, even considering communicated delays. I have seen a lot of similar reviews, but I will state it again. While the company is called Coffee Friend NL, they ship out of Poland in most cases. To be honest I have been very disappointed considering I purchased my machine on the 7th of December in the hopes it would arrive before Christmas.

Horrific Delivery service
Horrific service, do not expect to get your order before 10 days if you are in the Netherlands. I am now short on money and have to find an alternative Christmas gift. Avoid online orders with Coffee Friend unless you have time.
