I found this amazing deal online - artisan kitchenaid for $150 under msrp. The website was unknown to me, coffeehots.net (what??) So I then checked reviews and they were pretty bad. It looked too good to be true but I took a risk, using PayPal and trusting that the website was legit. My mixer arrived two days after I placed the order (the shipping notice email arrived in my inbox two days after the mixer arrived at my door). It was on the surface a risky purchase but it proved out. I am very, very pleased! (This is not a fake review, I really got a beautiful, Empire Red, 5 quart artisan kitchenaid mixer).

I didn't receive confirmation that the order had shipped until Thursday, a day after it showed up. Pretty darned satisfied to get the product in 4 days for less than half price with free shipping!.

This site had an absolutely unbelievable price on the item I ordered. Normally, I would hesitate a bit. But I decided to bite the bullet, and had no problems. The item arrived within just a couple of days, and was exactly as they stated it would be. I will recommend this site to others.

The small appliance I purchased through CoffeeHots arrived very quickly, but it was not the model I ordered. Functionally it was identical, but the color was wrong. I attempted to call many times, left messages, and even emailed a message. The automated messages said I'd hear back in 48 hours. It's now 6 days, 4 business days, and no one has bothered to respond. No one ever picks up the phone at the listed office phone number, it only goes to voice mail.

Topping that off, the product arrived in a box that was already opened. The appliance looks and works fine, and the paperwork was all present, but for all I know this was an open-boxed item and not "new" as described. It also happened to the bottom of the box that was opened, and I was lucky to have noticed this when pulling it out of its shipping box, otherwise it would have easily fallen out (25 lbs. with complex pieces) as I tried taking the product box out of the shipping box.

Overall, the customer service is non-existent. Luckily my wife was fine with the color they sent (this was a present for her), as I had no choice but to show it to her since no one replied in time (or ever). The packing was careless, and the product may be open-box instead of new. I will not be using CoffeeHots ever again, nor will I recommend it to a friend to use, regardless of how good an offer their products are.

I found the best deal on a kitchenaid mixer on coffehots after seriously looking everywhere!! Then I read all these terrible reviews and freaked out! I was just going to spend $100 more to not get ripped off by them, but decided to risk it and to just use Paypal since they protect you so much! Well, that was Thursday and today is Monday and the mixer just arrived via FedEx!!! What the hell is everyone talking about, the deal was seriously insane, free FedEx shipping, and it only took three days. PLEASE don't hesitate to buy from them!!!

I purchased this product on line and 5 minutes later changed my mine and wanted a red mixer instead. I called the phone number given and continued to get a recording, I finnaly left a message with details and part #'s in order to change the order. I also left my phone number. I recieved no call back. THe next day I emailed the same informaiton, "please change the order" to the other product. The next day I got an email back "sorry, your order shipped".

Given the fact that I left the message to change the order 5 minutes after I placed it, and still no effort what so ever to assist me, this company really sucks!

Careful, maybe the deals arent as good as they look. I would expect if there is any problems with the product when it arrives I will have the same trouble with support.

Poorest service ever no answer on phone goes to answering machine - no response to emails this company is why people do not like to order from internet no service or poor service company deserves 5 negative stars unless they can improve their service.!!!!

Ordered item, very pleased with price. Passed up on sale item locally because coffeehots.net had much better price. Three days later, notice from coffeehots.net that they could not really get the item, thus, I had missed the sale locally. Still confused if I really have ever gotten money money back to paypal.

I had an excellent experience with coffeehots. I ordered a KitchenAid stand mixer on Wednesday evening and received my order in perfect condition the following Monday. I agree the order website is confusing. When I logged in to check the status of my order several days later, it said I had not placed an order. This was confusing as I had immediately gotten a confirmation e-mail from coffeehots when I placed the order. I e-mailed customer service on Saturday to make sure my order had been placed and they responded by e-mail immediately. The price was great and I was very pleased with the communication from customer service as well. I would not hesitate to use this site again or refer others to it.

You cannot compete with the price on a KitchenAid Stand Mixer 600-Series when it comes out to less than $300! The delivery of my product was fast and they informed me of every event with my purchase. It was a smooth transaction and for that they have exceptional customer service. Will definitely buy more kitchen products from here.

I was originally told that they had very competitive service and that my item would be delivered within 3-5 days. It has now been 9 days and there is no way to even get a hold of the company. They have a phone number which goes right to voice mail and the calls are not returned. They have an e-mail address which surely doesn't work much better. There is no way to contact this company and find out if they are going to follow through with your order some day or not. I have people waiting on this and it simply isn't fair to anyone involved. I would avoid this one folks.
