no go

As with the others in this list I do not understand how you can be kept waiting on a premium line number for 11 minutes and no answer unless this is a revenue builder. Also check the small print. 12 or 24 months warenty ends up being for parts only. So expect to pay over the odds when the machine goes down.

Buy from these people at your peril

Buy from these people at your peril. Twice we've ordered grinders from them only to be informed after the money has gone through that the item is not in stock. Then there's a lengthy process to recover the money. It's sad to see that companies such as Victoria Arduino sell their products through these folk. As another reviewer said they are "absolute cowboys". I would agree. We're a busy roaster and just haven't the time to mess around with Coffee Omega who have no intention of fulfilling the orders they receive. If I could leave no stars I would.

Pay a little bit more and get a company that values its customers

Not a lot else I can add that the other two reviews haven't said. I just wished Id looked at them first. 'They are only getting one star because there's no option to give none' - agreed! We bought two top of the range coffee grinders from these cowboys, with the promise of installation and basic training, the machines were paid for and eventually delivered after some chasing - all on my part - no updates. No training or instruction, just dropped in and left in the box despite saying we would receive a basic overview. One machine then broke and further promises of visiting to repair came and went and eventually they asked for money upfront. After taking away the grinder to repair, returned it and said we owed them an additional £200 in addition to the £250 call out. Unsurprisingly they blamed the fault on us despite never having removed the hopper and said it wasn't covered by the warranty. Absolute cowboys. 'You would do well to avoid buying anything from this lot' - agreed! Go somewhere else, pay a little bit more and you won't end up paying more overall and you'll also get a company that values its customers.

Disappointing!

Very poor communication. Premium number to call which costs you a great deal of money to use. So even though the products they sell seem cheaper than other companies, the cost ends up being higher. Over promise and don’t deliver on those promises. Disappointing.

Horrendous Company

They are only getting one star because there's no option to give none, we bought an Eagle One coffee machine from these rogues, with the promise of installation and basic training, the machine was paid for and delivered, they then refused to install it or send someone for the training, the machine is now faulty and after weeks waiting for a reply from them and not able to contact by telephone, they've now diagnosed the fault without looking at the machine and came to the conclusion that the fault won't be covered by the warranty and will need paid for. Absolute cowboys. You would do well to avoid buying anything from this lot.
