Fantastic transaction, easy to order and kept up to date with the delivery too. The coffee is delicious, so far I’ve only tried 3 different ones and I’ve also tried the milk. I can honestly say that I’m very impressed with everything. The only downside is that the pods haven’t got any indication of what number to set the machine on, so that’s a bit hit and miss. Other than that. Fantastic.

It was good to try so many different coffees

The delivery time was really quick, my order arrived two days after I placed my order,good mix of coffees and hot chocolate,although I didn't like the hazelnut or the ginseng flavours,I think next time I order,I will chose ones that I know I will like.

Tried the dolce gusto pods as a cheaper alternative, but will be sticking with the originals. Coffeepods version was weak and a horrible after taste. Customer service was good though and offered a refund upon return of unopened bags.

Been buying from this company for a few years now and the service has remained consistently good.

Delivery is usually quick , ordering easy and competatively priced pods.

Asked about returning pods as cafe au lait smelt like wet dogs and the Irish cream, creme brûlée and hazelnut are milk pods not containing coffee and do not come with coffee, despite being told they are ‘all-in-one’ pods. Strangely, their customer service hasn’t replied after 5 working days.

Excellent coffeepods but would be good to know the strength of the coffee and whether whitener is needed ect as sometimes its a case of guessing

Fab service, prompt delivery

Haven't tried all of my large latte bundle, but I have had a fair few ristretto coffees with 1 pod of coffee & 1 of the normal milk. Those I would give a 5☆ rating. I have noticed that I am 1 lot of milk fewer than I am of coffee. I work on a 1 to 1 of each basis. Feel that is a let down.
