I joined Coffee Shop Launchpad when opening my own coffee shop was still just an idea. Since then, the project has developed into a real concept and I’m now discussing an actual location and negotiating the lease.

The content has helped me look beyond the exciting idea of owning a café and understand the real business behind it, location, numbers, rent, operations, customer flow and all the decisions that come along the way.

What I appreciate most is Juan’s personal involvement. He genuinely follows your progress, asks the right questions and shares practical advice from his own experience.

I would especially recommend having a 1 on 1 conversation with him. It helped me answer many questions, challenge some of my assumptions and clear up worries that seemed much bigger in my head before talking them through.

I’m still on the journey toward opening, so there is plenty ahead, but I’m very glad I joined Coffee Shop Launchpad early in the process. Thanks Juan for all the support so far!
