SCAM. Their email inbox is full, accepting no new mail. No phone answer. Address is a mall, not a store. And CC was used for fraud shortly after placing order.

Beware of Coffee Units Scam!!!
I have documented evidence of fraud on the part of Coffee Units, a scam B2C entity using Hostinger web services to host their website. I made an online purchase with this entity. They did not provide me an invoice or order number after multiple requests. I have yet to receive any further communication from coffee units and upon investigation with my credit union, I found that my transaction with my credit card company was directed to Wakanda Bar and Grill in Arlington, Texas. This is a scam operation, and I have all the evidence and documentation necessary to prove it. I would like my post on Trustpilot to be publicly posted to prevent further fraud against fellow consumers.
These folks are scammers
January 11, 2024 Update!
As of today Coffee Units’ website has been suspended for their fraudulent consumer scamming practices. I want to thank Hostinger, who provided the owner of Coffee Units’ their website hosting services for investigating and suspending their services. In the meantime, I am prepared to provide you all of my documentation of proof that Coffee Units is a scam, fraudulent entity with a false business front and address and that a business named Wakanda Bar & Grill in Arlington, Texas is where all monies from Coffee Units’ fraudulent transactions are being directed. My bank is in the process of investigating this fraud.
Okay Coffee Units owner. If you are not a fraudulent scammer, publicly respond to my review with your verified URL, contact email, and 24/7 customer service phone number that is a working number connect to a live customer service representative.
Buyers, don’t believe what these scammers are posting in response to my email review! Go to their one and only website and try calling their phone number 323-682-8990 before you provide any financial information to them. They claim 24/7 customer service. Try to see if you can speak to a live person. Look at the picture the scam owner posted of his distribution center on Tampa Avenue in Northridge, California. It’s a shopping mall.
I clearly caught these scammers red handed. Having informed them I reported them to the FTC and to Google scam alert, they just disconnected their phone listed on their website. Absolutely, under no condition, make a purchase or divulge any financial information to Coffee Units!!!

Beware! These folks are total scam artists. They claim they have a Los Angeles based warehouse and distribution center but if you Google Map their address it’s a shopping mall address. If you place an order with them your payment is directed to Wakanda Bar & Grill in Arlington, Texas. Their web hosting service is based in Lithuania. No one answers the phone number they provide on their website. They respond to inquiries by text claiming they are very busy and messaging is a more efficient means of communicating with them. I have provided this fraud evidence in a report to the Federal Trade Commission.
Even their 5 star Google review from Gawin Food Markets is a scam. No such business exists!
Update:
As of January 11, 2024, Hostinger web services has suspended Coffee Units’ website because of the fraudulent scamming evidence I provided them. I also reported Gawin from Gawin Food Market, which is also a scam website writing positive reviews about Coffee Units to assist and promote them in committing e-commerce fraud.
Everyone, don’t be fooled by the response I received from Coffee Units. They have no physical presence in the United States as they claim on their website. Their web hosting service is also located in Lithuania. Their text communications are riddled with misspellings and bad grammar. They still have not provided me a paid invoice with an order number and tracking information. They don’t respond to phone calls made to the phone number provided on their website. I filed a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission. My bank is also investigating them and I will be updating TrustPilot with my bank’s fraud investigation findings. Once I informed them that I had reported their scamming, they promptly disconnected their main and only phone line, (323) 682-8990.

These folks are scammers! They claim they have a warehouse location that actually is an address inside a shopping mall location in Northridge Fashion Center Mall in California. My credit card statement on the other hand showed the sales transaction was credited to Wakanda Bar & Grill in Arlington, Texas! Buyers beware!

Credit Card SCAM
SCAM! They called me asking for a verification number from my bank. The next day, my bank showed a $475 and $751 dollar charge for Spirit Airlines and Ethiopian Airlines. The Chinese guys running support were clueless. Answer the phone and then cut-off after 15 seconds.
I charged back and reported the fraud everywhere, but buyer beware of this website and their clone website BREMERCOFFEE.com

This place is a scam. I was charge for an order I had placed. They told me I was refunded the amount and to pay the amount again through a link they sent me. I called my credit card company and no refund had been issued

Finally got my order after two weeks of waiting. I just wanna use this time to apologize for not believing in your company . Thanks
BEWARE
BEWARE! I ordered, was charged, and paid for a Giaggo espresso maker. Two days later another, higher amount was charged to my credit card which my CC company declined. Two days later a text came through WhatsApp asking me to pay $330 in ‘refundable insurance’ in order for the machine to be shipped. I did not do this. Then several phone calls came supposedly from the ‘shipping company’ repeating this request. When I reported this to the company (coffee units), I was told this was normal and I should pay. Needless to say, I reported this to my credit card company and never got my espresso maker. I don’t know who is responsible but this has all the hallmarks of a scam.
