I left a review back in 2022 and they removed it. I complained I never received the order and never got the money back. Scammers !!! I hope this guys are a in jail !

It makes me super nervous. When I start a task doesn't go smooth it makes me very very angry and at some point in the day, it makes me feel depressed and totally unmotivated.

I subscribed for their free trial but cancelled my subscription within the allocated time period. The product itself was no different to drinking a shot of expresso. Cogniora still went ahead a charged me. They didn’t even acknowledge my email which leads me to firmly believe they are a scam. Stay away at all costs.

Wish I could give less then one star. Total scam ! Product doesn’t really work can’t reset the password so they continue to charge me for last few months. No reply on emails, shambolic company. Taking it to financial ombudsman service too, stay away peeps !

Really really disappointed in this company’s customer service! I want to cancel my subscription but I am not able to log into my account. The password reset does not work and I have sent numerous email requests to them but zero response. Another monthly subscription has been deducted from my account today for a product I don’t want.

Cogniora, check your emails from your customers and respond to them /sort their issue!!

HORRIBLE - Asked for cancellation three times already. Resetting my password doesn't even work. I've reached out on all social media platforms, mailted multiple times, got zero response. I want my money back and I want this useless subscription cancelled.

total scam. not personalized at all (2 of my friends male/female received the same ones). not only have i not received the supplements, but after asking for a refund, they have refused. I also had a negative reaction to their sample, but they did not care and continue to say that they will not refund me and ensure that my order "is on the way". their order policy also goes against EU law - "no refunds, not liable". a complete joke.

Hi Guys I've had my sample pack (5 days) for a while and completely forgot about about it whilst moving countries but I started my first day yesterday and I simply had to write and I've got to say..AMAZEBALLS!!! Wow!! it's fantastic!! especially the combo that I received...I was so low on energy and struggling to get motivated, especially with this insane lockdown so this was the kick up the ass that I needed!! As soon as I am earning money again, I will be investing in MORE!!!! Thanks so much guys, keep up the good work!!! Stay gold!

After the trial I cancelled but they charged me anyway. I didn’t received the product I unwittingly paid full price for either.
I kept emailing them and they said it had been held up. Still never arrived, after the 3rd month of corresponding, I received 16 tablet packs in a box - seemingly this represents a months supply. Grrrrh

So I signed up for the "free trial" which resulted in getting charged 72,96€ for a subscription they hide in their small print. I canceled the subscription the same day but no - it wasn't possible because the package was personalized, already manufactured and ready to be shipped. Well, almost 2 months later there is no sign of any package and my various reminders and deadlines were all missed. Funny how the free trial arrived within 2 days!

Cogniora Customer Service is not helpful at all and just responding with pre-build texts. Seeing all the other comments here I sincerely believe, tricking people into the subscription is their business model.

SCAMMED ME TWO PAYMENTS AND DID NOT SEND ANYTHING. Got the free naff trial though. No replies, working with the bank now. SCAM

Paid for sample which was fine then got 72euro taken out of my account! And told I agreed to it. Stay clear

Cogniora's marketing and sales processes are borderline corrupt, agreed. Yet 3 months into using their product -which you get to tailor to your own need, low-level dyslexia that's been mine for the last 20 year has evaporated! Mind you, I wasn't too happy that my sense of smell has returned to what it was donkey years ago; the world seriously stinks.

Watch out they charge you after the free sample! This is criminal! Even paypal dont give you the refund.

Same as everyone else. They charge you £53.46 even though you pay for a 3 month trial.

This is a scam, after a free trial they send your forced command for 70 euros.

I have signed up for a free trial, they have taken money out my account the following month which I did not intend to do and was mislead. Now I am paying that per month and to top it off they woudnt send any money back or accept a refund when I have told them it is going to an ex partners house each month. The repaojse from customer service is very delayed and and it like a defence system quoting many ponta of why they are not going to take me seriously. I will pwrsurw PayPal for a claim as I am about to go bancrupt anyway.

Same as everyone else. Signed up for free trial. Then get charged £56 I can’t afford.

If I could score less I would. Avoid at all costs. They do not acknowledge your cancellation during the trial period and charge you before the next payment date.

Totally misleading and after care is terrible. I've had an adverse reaction and they will still not refund or cancel the order I have not authorised.
