So goof for GCSE science content!

i love it alot i even bought pro version did not regret at all because i can revise on the go ,easily learn my mistakes and practice active recall after learning from their videos! :)

helped me sooo much in my gcses that i came out with top grades (i ended up being in my local newspaper because of my grades even) and honestly it's all thanks to cognito. There's just something about how everything is layed out and the way it explains everything so simply. I love using it to revise and I've already recommended it to many of my friends. Even tho i love it so much, IT NEEDSSS a feature where you can reset all of the questions in the exam questions. That's all im asking

I'm really disappointed with Cognito.
I have always had great respect for Cognito and I believe their lessons can sometimes teach more than a teacher's. For every exam I have used Cognito's video lessons and their accompanying quiz questions, I believe the easy to use aspect of them motivated me to revise (as someone who would get 30% on their science tests from a lack of revision).
For my most important exams, my final exams, my GCSE's, I came to Cognito to use their quiz questions to test myself on paper 2 science exams (which i find more difficult) only to find I must upgrade to 'Pro' for this. Quite frankly I am disgusted.
I very much urge you to remove this aspect of you website. £6.99 for a science lesson? No thanks.
Please don't respond to my review with an automated response like you have with other students, I'd rather use another platform.

Don’t bother. Was an amazing site but the new update completely ruined it. About to take my GCSEs and it’s all restricted and you can’t use it without paying. I have over 80k XP which shows how useful i found it before this. You can have 50 questions a week before it prevents you from doing any more. inaccessible and unfair for people who can’t afford to subscribe especially since it has been a popular website for so long and has managed just fine.Teachers all recommended it to us but have told us to stop using it too. Shame.

very good and very helpful. its also quite cheap which makes it affordable for many. it helped me learn valuable information for my exams

I love it, and I have been using it for 2 years now. Cognito offers many past exam papers and detailed video lessons, which contributed greatly to my studies. However, recently, access to free users has been limited.

Amazing! After using cognito I'm on track for grade 8's and 9's in all of my sciences!

As a year 11 student currently going through GCSEs I'm very grateful for the resources that this app provides. It's quizzes , flashcards and exam Qs are great for revision and exam prep, it helps build confidence and knowledge. I would certainly recommend giving it a try if your aiming for top grades.

Most revision websites I have used in the past (especially for science) dont have relevant content. For example, the BBC website which I used to use, never used the specific words from the mark scheme so my marks were often borderline wrong. Cognito on the otherhand, always use mark scheme specific words to ensure you get the marks for every question.

It has really been a life-saver for my GCSEs,I upgraded to pro for my mocks and it has been very helpful for physics, biology, chemistry and maths all of which are specific to my exam board. My teachers even show us the videos in lessons. I just wish they had it for other subjects too!!

Cognito is extremely simple and effective in teaching science. Science has never been explained to me so clearly and all the resources on the website like quizzes, flashcards and exam-style questions are all incredibly. Would more than definitely recommend.

It has helped me a lot in revision because it has many helpful videos and quizzes but sometimes one or two of the quizzes won't load. That is a very small problem but overall it is one of the best websites I have come across for revision.

I cannot lie this app has saved me in science. At first when I was doing the flash cards I didn't really think the app had any benefit but after like 2-3 weeks of doing these flash cards I can honestly say cognito has saved me so much dead serious. Especially when doing past papers you can really see how much you improve. Also the practice questions were a great help to me improving. I honestly can't recommend these flash cards anymore, they save you so much time and effort trying to make them and they give you soooo much depth when actually doing them, which is perfect if your aiming for a 6,7,8,9 in GCSE. Don't know about A-level but I can't see why they wouldn't be as good.

Slight negative is it’s a bit pricey with £10 a month.
