Michael, sincere apologies. We had a spike in orders for our Rigid Single product, and we ran into a supply issue with the metal runners we use to manufacture them. We should have reached out to you immediately but were trying to get clarity on when we would receive the metal runners so we could give you a realistic date. The product is now back in stock. We do normally pride ourselves with fast order turnaround. I'm sorry that our service levels fell below our normal levels on this occasion.
