I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for about 3 days now and I was so excited but I think I’m just going to file a dispute with my bank because this fizzled out fast

I signed up to offer Cohosting, while the $149 was an investment for me as a single business owner, It's helped me so far. I got two interview requests within the first two months. One interview didn't work out as the owner wanted someone local but the other interview was a success and I got hired. I'll keep promoting CohostMarket to people
We have been signed up with Cohostmarket since April 2023 and our experience with them has not only been terrible but also disheartening, to see customers and contractors alike that have received the same terrible customer service with no accountability. As a paying contracting company offering service to the public, we pride ourselves on customer service, honesty and integrity over profitability. Our documented experience and transactions validate this review, and Cohostmarket even offered a refund months ago. Yet we decided to wait it out, to document all their excuses and follow their recommendations, the results , none of what they said has made a difference to this day. The refund they offered cannot replace the time, effort and calls made to them for services advertised that they did not provide. Their network seems inoperable, displaying homeowners that have been displayed ever since we joined, online indicators showing that members are online all the time, and much more.
This is why we need better laws to protect consumers from companies doing business and wire transactions online, companies that hide behind the veil of accountability. We all as citizens can agree on one thing - that the entire system is broken, and if we don't use our voices for change we are contributing to the darkness of this fallen world. Agencies and networks that were established to protect and document citizens' complaints, are the same networks and agencies that censor your justifiable comments of what you can say, this only aids these companies to continue their injustice.
We have given CohostMarket more than enough time to prove us wrong, yet their actions remain, these actions by them and other companies only contribute to the suffering of people in this world and must end, as the world is at a place of no return. Leaders that have been sworn in office to protect their citizens from these types of business practices and transactions, some leaders who themselves break laws, yet they govern the people. May we all come together in one voice to demand change from our leaders, past the protection they provide to their special interest. God bless you all, Carl - Team Airbnmeta

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I paid for pro account, and they shut me down for no reason half way through. Didn’t refund any of my subscription. Total scam. Besides the fact they generate basically zero leads and no new business for homeowners and hosts, their support will spend all their time hitting you with bizarre "violations" to completely legit listings. When contacting customer support, they are MIA. Spoke with someone once, and they spent their time blaming and making accusations instead of helping the customer to fit their "rules." Again, don't waste your time or money.

It's very difficult for me to recommend this company. Their market reach is poor. Their 1-800 number is always busy, and you can't get a service representative prior to signing up for the annual plan, which is typically non-refundable. I had questions navigating the site, and tried to get a hold of someone (by phone and email) for nearly a week prior to determining that this was not a legitimate company and started a claim with my credit card company to investigate. At this point, someone messaged me asking about the dispute and they set me up with an account specialist to walk me through the site. I determined it was not a scam company and canceled the dispute with my bank. However, ten days later, I'm still not able to access my account because they decided it was suitable to suspend my account while they were reviewing the dispute matter (which has been canceled). This company, for lack of a better word, really does not know how to conduct business. This account is useless to me, and for $150 /yr, it's not worth pursuing the refund. The sad thing is, I lose nothing from walking away from this subscription. It has no value.

I have attempted numerous times to become verified and sign up on Cohostmarket.com. I am a homeowner in Seattle, WA searching for a co-host for my downtown airbnb. Can anyone who sees this help, please? Teri Rutherford It is feb. 14, 2023. thank you.
I signed up on cohost market back in July 2022 hoping to get more properties to manage in Texas. I was really skeptical at first because I sent messages to a lot of owners on the site without any responses. But decided to update my profile a little more and got the verified badge. Last month I was finally contacted by several homeowners and got a few interviews. I think it's unrealistic to think you'll instantly get hired right away, BUT I did after some time. Thanks
I signed up a few months ago as a Cohost on the site and was interviewed by 2 owners. One of the owners ended up hiring me after the interview. I'll continue using Cohost Market to increase my client portfolio.
