I strongly do NOT recommend this store

I strongly do NOT recommend this store. After making the payment, problems started immediately: poor communication, unclear shipping information, and customer support either ignores you or gives useless template replies.

This feels like a typical scam — they take your money quickly, but then fail to deliver or delay everything with excuses. Very unprofessional and suspicious behavior.

If you don’t want to lose your money and waste your time, stay away from this seller.

That said, we must respectfully disagree with the characterization of this transaction. We did communicate with you regarding the order and shipping, and the matter was addressed. The order was refunded in full, and no customer funds were retained without resolution.

While we understand that delays or uncertainty can be frustrating, describing this as a scam is inaccurate. We take customer service seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally.

Superb quality

I ordered three coins and they were made in absolutely fantastic quality and craftsmanship. Communication and delivery worked perfectly. I am super happy with the experience and I can highly recommend Coinantix.
