Coinbase froze us out of our account
Coinbase froze us out of our account - no trade, no tranfer, no purchase. The only option was to sell everything for cash. The never told us what we did to violate their terms and conditions. TERRIBLE customer service! No phone # to speak to a rep you could understand. It all started when we tried to transfer crypto to our cold wallet. It's like they did not want that to happen. Numerous emails how we could be reinstated - no help at all! Said they were unable to tell us why we were locked out for "security reasons"! I would not recommend doing business with Coinbase - they are, in my opinion, untruthful and dishonest! I don't know how they stay in business!

Coinbase been scamming me for over a year in transferring my funds but until now, coinbase and Citibank haven't transferred any of my money. We communicate only tru telegram and no email was sent. Even saying Citibank is asking for appreciation fee before they transfer the funds!

I had a serious issue and concern about my account that I did not have access to. Once I posted a review on trust pilot about this it was then that I finally got a response back from Coinbase. It took a couple weeks to get this concern corrected. In the end, we got it resolved, which I’m very pleased about. Thank you trust pilot for stepping in and helping and thank you Coinbase for your kind responses. I feel much better now that my account is corrected.

I cannot close my account
I cannot close my account! I need to login first because you cannot reach support by email. I log in and they want to know everything about me, what am I going to do on Coinbase, what is my occupation, please share your passport and lots more. Found out you can click on your profile and then settings and close your account. BUT, I still have a fraction of ETH on the account and I need to withdraw this before I am allowed to close the account. And yes, ofcourse I need to verify and answer all the questions before I can withdraw the funds. So I cannot close my account. Told them I did not want to go to all that trouble for so little money but that apparently is not possible at Coinbase. It is at every other crypto exchange I closed my accounts. Just forfeit the fractions that are there, no problem.
