Update: So, it has been 4 days since I requested a withdrawal of $30 in Bitcoin (after completing an $1,800.00 play through requirment), and submitted the necessary ID verification documents. I can't get anyone from this company to answer my emails nor have they responded to my repeated attempts to speak to someone via chat. I have actually had customer service representatives enter the chat, immediately leave the chat, and take the chat service offline (I have screenshots and screen recordings of all of these instances). All over $30 in Bitcoin. I think that I am just going to do a live stream on social media of me attempting to contact them and then let everyone see exactly how much they value their customers. There is enough BS happening in this world without predatory companies like this adding to it. Gross behavior...

So I won with a no deposit bonus. When I initially cashed out I was totally new to the crypto world and on the casino end it did cash out partial winnings by my choice cuz like I said I was new to the crypto world but, I never received it on my Bitcoin... So I just cancelled the transaction and it was returned to my balance but ever since then I've not been able to get my winnings claiming payout cancelled by external system validations. This has been going on for months but I decided to get on tonight and try once again and it had the same error message...I clicked on live chat and now they told me to clear my cookie and cache. Welp... I tried it and still no successful withdraw. It's BS when you put the time and effort into getting a win and then can't enjoy your reward!! If it does get resolved I will come back and redo my review 🤞
