How has coincola turned to a scam exchange overnight? I made a mistake by depositing XRP without TAG. After contacting the exchange and was asked to pay the deposit recovery fee, four months on nothing has been recovered. I get different excuses whenever I contact support. At times I get ignored altogether.

If you love yourself enough please and please don’t use CoinCola there seller are full of scammers.. same admin acting as seller same technic message hi ,send .. I trade a steam all they said it was redeem .then I give them a test again myself by going to store myself and get a new fresh one and I trade same thing.

I have been using the site for 1.5 years to buy crypto.
For most of that time, no issues buying or withdrawing. Unfortunately, recently I am not able to login as the site requires email verification which I'm not able to provide. The tech people give me brief instructions to correct the problem but the problem still presist. Many communications and no positive outcome. Luckily, I was able to get most of my crypto off the site with less than 100 USD remaining. Enjoy my money coincola. I guess I will find another exchange to perform my transactions.

Without a doubt, the worst customer service. CoinCola is holding $20,000 of my money. It took me a month to even get a response. When I explained to them my situation, they said they’d handle it for me. I have yet to receive any money, now their site is down!

I have around $5000 tether in my coincola account, last night I try to login in to my app, it looks like the app not exist anymore and they created new coincola app and website
It use to be colincolas.com but the website it’s not exist anymore and colacoin.com it’s the new website
Even I try to login from the new app, it doesn’t led me to access to my wallet on colacoin app

Coincola is a scam site that facilitate and abate scammers,they claim that they trade gift cards,they rip people with the efforts of buyers,they rob their client in broad day light,ignore this warning and come back like me crying.

Currently, I tried to withdraw money! Coincola representative told me! I have to increase my balance 10 times to withdraw! They will not let you withdraw your money! Do not use this platform! Trust me!

I would leave no stars if I could!! Coincola is a a company base in Hong Kong with an office full of scammers!!! Don't use them at all!! They will steal your money!! I sent my husband $250 USD. HE NEVER RECEIVED IT! We checked it in the blockchain it was there. We got in contact with customer service via "livechat" they ask us for the transaction number and other information. Just to tell us they can't help us. I check the blockchain and the money is gone!!

Absolute biggest scam. Stole $130k I had in my account and wouldn’t let me withdrawal. They keep asking for more money to allow you to withdrawal and once you pay something else will always come up that you have to pay more. Waited in a withdrawal “que” for 6 months to get my money. I started at #1986 in the que and after 6 months I dropped in the que to #15645. They said members get proiority and instant access. $12,888 to become a member by the way. Another arbitrary number to get you to pay. After 6 months of just waiting for my transaction to process I asked where I was at in the que and they said their system found an “exception” so they froze my account and said I had to pay $20k to re open it and continue to try and withdrawal. At that point I snapped and said give me money and they immediately deleted my account and won’t communicate anymore.

how sad that I read the comments about them late. They stole me off $100 google play, they redeemed my card and told me someone had already redeemed on the diffrent account. SCAM! Trades and fake admins are all one team.

Coincola is big liar platform both Admin and seller so they rip me off with 200 Euro go to paxful it is very trustworthy platform but this coincola all are scammer both the owners and the vendors

This looks like alot of people from Paxful are bashing Coincola... Remember only Release Escrow once you have obtained value.... With Risk Comes reward. If you are not interested in becoming an entrepernuer and starting your own business i would highly discourage you using Coincola...

CoinCola has been very deceiving. They told me they sent my funds but nothing was received. When I inquired, they insisted I pay additional fees for them to search. It is ridiculous how they rip you off. Very disappointed for my first time trying bitcoin. Buyer beware.

So disappointed. Will not allow me to withdraw funds...2 weeks later and they still can't tell me when I can withdraw funds. BUT if I pay a membership fee if $5888 USD, then I can get my funds immediately. I registered on their website, doesnt that make me a member? What if I pay the money, and then there are more delays, more excuses and still no withdrawal. So frustrating...
