LuckyAce will ruin this site

What started off and appeared to be a promising site, Coinfrenzy has quickly taken a wrong turn. The absolute worst mistake was letting Lucky Ace, somehow become the "face" of the company. I honestly started off liking the guy, but quickly saw his true colors after watching just a few of his streams. He is one of the most arrogant and egotistical people I've ever watched do anything. He will promise this and that and never deliver. If you "win" one of his random giveaways he does, you better hope he's in a good mood. If he is, then there's no issues. If not, he'll forget about it completely, and then when asked about(in the most polite way) he gets defensive, angry and acts like you're the biggest inconvenience ever. He promises to give back to his supporters that use his code to join the site and refer others, but in reality he only cares about how much you'll lose, just so he can get a kickback. I asked about incentives for referring several people using his code and he straight up laughed out loud, on stream and literally said "what am I supposed to do with that" because I couldn't guarantee that they'd deposit, and then hopefully lose thousands, so he can get a percentage of that. Not to mention he's absolutely cracked out every time I watch him on stream. He gets randomly angry out of nowhere, goes on benders of losing and then wins a bit back, but then goes all in on a blackjack hand immediately and loses everything, which makes him even angrier and eventually end his stream. He doesn't care about his supports or the site. Just what they can do for him. If this site has any plans on succeeding, the first step is to drop all affiliation with LuckyAce completely. If not, mark my words, he will single handedly be the demise of what has potential to be a great casino platform. As long as his name is apart of it, I have zero plans to ever come back.

So far I definitely like the platform and can see that they are working on anything that the users suggest my only suggestion is to expand on the providers available but other than that I’m definitely liking things so far

Horrible streamer

Lucky ace is unpredictable and susceptible to mood swings. If you join this site do not follow him unless you enjoy tiptoeing around his Labile moods. It now makes more sense why all casinos stop working with him. He forgot to give me a giveaway on his new site, contacted support to make sure things were square. He complained about that publicly. 3-4 days past a giveaway is not impatient IMHO. Giveaways are given on his stream in return for supporting this streamer, LuckyAce and CoinFrenzy. He does not like to be messaged directly or if you contact the site to ensure things are in processing. Belligerent. If he treats vets and his supporters this way and how polite I was addressing this issue he has major character flaws. Rock bottom streamer. This incident occurred 23 Apr 2026 and I initially inquired about the giveaway on the 19th of April the date for a giveaway on the 18th. The initial message is required to start giveaways.

Update: The site addressed his behavior to his supporters immediately which is a big plus. They addressed the giveaway issue which was nice.
