Really appreciate the smooth, transparent and fair process of dealing with these guys.

Honest and trustworthy
I have researched many of the silver buyers on the internet and have concluded Coinfully was the most honest and open company. Specially, I was interested in selling some 200 plus Franklin's. It's best to be informed so you can understand what details are correct or not. If dealing with Franklin's you have 90% Silver and .3617 ounces per coin. I follow Kitco for silver market pricing at per ounce and 100% pure. The offer I received was the one I was looking for. Kudos for Braden and crew.

Trustworthy and solid
The Coinfully team is AMAZING. We had been kicking around selling some old 90% silver coins for some time. Went to a few local shops and left with the coins, looking for a better offer. We found Coinfully and have had such a solid experience - I’d highly recommend them. Their process is straightforward and painless and verification and payment are FAST. The whole team communicates quickly and answered every question we had. They provide simple directions for shipping (which I wondered and worried about) but we had zero issues. Appraisal was quick and close to my own valuation research. Emails and calls were responded to within minutes. Appreciate the recommendation to have several coins get an updated grading. Don't do it
Don't do it! These guys are looking for customers that are not knowledgeable about what they have and are in a hurry to sell (a good example being someone that has inherited a collection, wants to convert to cash, and doesn't know what they have).
They want to get your coins at way below market value and make maximum profits. I asked for an appraisal on several of my coins and really got a run around from them. It took two weeks to even get an appraisal and that came with absurd evaluations and a decline to purchase anything from me. Frankly, when they realized that I actually had a good idea of what the coins were worth, the refused to make an offer on them and sent me an appraisal with some rediculous evaluations and a decline to purchase anything from me. Frankly, do your homework and make informed choices of whom to sell to and what to accept and you will be far better off. I would recommend a credible local dealer. If you just want to sell quickly and put their kids through collage, then maybe these guys are a good choice. Seller beware!!!
In response to their reply, I don't blame them for trying to clarify what happened. It is true that I sent only a small portion of my collection to see if I could get a fair price before taking photos of nearly a thousand coins in my collection. Anyway, I sent them photos of 10 representative pieces and asked for an appraisal to see what they might offer for them. While the initial timeline mentioned was a bit longer than reality, it took multiple emails and multiple attempted phone calls to finally get an appraisal. All in all, I stand by my initial post in that they are looking for are folks that don't really know what they have and want to convert to cash quickly so they can maximize their profits rather than provide a fair offer and/or work with a knowledgeable collector. While my initial offering was small (10 assorted pieces) their evaluation gave them a retail value of $683.00 and they refused to offer any purchase values. Frankly, that should be enough value to make an honest profit and I made it clear that I had many more coins that are going up for sale and that I realized that they need to make money on the deal. Frankly, making a small purchase in order to establish a relationship prior to offering my entire collection was, at least in my eyes, a very practical and sensible thing to do. However, they obviously wanted no part of that or to work with me any further after they realized that I had a good idea of what the items should bring. Fair warning here to all, do your due diligence and research the value of your items before offering them to these guys and I'm going to leave it at that!

Coinfully appreciates every opportunity to provide clarity on the experiences collectors have with us. In this case, the collection submitted was small and of a type of material that we did not have a strong bid to offer. Because of this, to cover shipping, insurance, and the time required to verify the collection, any offer that did not result in a loss would have fallen below our threshold for what we'd consider competitive.
When we make offers we consider it mission critical that they are competitive and actionable. From time to time, collectors may share a small piece of a larger collection to review our appraisal process and while we welcome all submission types, our pricing remains fixed whether we are appraising one coin or one thousand so holding back portions of a collection can often slow the process rather than inform. Sending Coinfully a submission never puts a collector under any kind of obligation to sell. Regarding offers, if we place an offer in writing we are obligated to, and fully intend to honor that offer.
About the timeline, our records show we received an original submission on 5/20/26. We received confirmation that we had the correct information on 5/21/26, and we provided a complimentary appraisal on 5/23/26. Timeliness is top priority for us, but it’s important to address the difference between thoughtful consideration and haste.
We always encourage collectors and sellers to explore multiple options, including local dealers, to determine what works best for their individual goals. Our promise is to provide a painless and honest experience to every collector that reaches us.
