Used multiple times but after my like 5th attempt it got declined but balance is deducted and told will be refunded. Really annoying 😑

Avoid. Made a big purchase. Gift cards 'error' when claiming making them unusable. Reached support but no resolve.

Edit a few hours later: Their support has marked the ticked solved while solving nothing and sending me to some page with articles.

Problem solved with supplier tech team. Managed to use gift cards.

Proceed with caution.... They were offering a 1.24% deal. I processed the transaction to get the amount I need. They didn't honour the amount I was supposed to get.

Now I need to redo the transaction so they can get additional fees.

The company reached out to address my concerns and provided voucher. They explained the situation. Which I now understood and makes sense.

Still proceed with caution, you will see random numbers on the screen, with little context, it is possible you could make the wrong assumption.

Also, no way to remove payment information.

I was surprised how user friendly the site was after viewing the video, I expected some major confusion on my part. But it turned out the instructions given on the site was much better in my opinion!

I would give a 5 star, it was so quick and nice, but I used a 52€ gift card, made a purchase around 55$ the remaining amount is lost wasn't added to my account or refunded.

Edit: quick respomse and problem solving, now this is my favourite site to get my gift cards from!

I’m still waiting for my $100, which I spent on a gift card on this site, and I haven’t received any feedback so far. Terrible service. They just keep feeding me promises and never tell me how long I’m supposed to wait.”

Update. The ninth day has passed, and I still haven’t received a response from support. So, we’re smoothly moving into the tenth day of trying to resolve this issue. This is simply the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Update 2. I finally got a reply from support: ‘Please see the response from our supplier. Based on the provided screenshot, the problem is related to the account region. Specifically, the customer does not have a USD wallet on their Steam account, which is required to activate this code. Please make sure the code is activated on a Steam account with the correct currency.’

Well, I chose the worldwide region, and my profile is set to Ukraine. Where exactly am I supposed to see this supplier’s response? I didn’t get anything by email, and in the support dialog there’s nothing except this message! And yes, the dialog was immediately closed!! I wrote a reply, and now I’m waiting another 9 days for an answer!!! This is just a garbage platform!

i bougth the disocrd nitro twice and both of the time it didnt let me entre the nitro code even when i bougth 2 they both doesnt work

I purchased a Steam gift card expecting to receive the code within 5–10 minutes, but it took nearly 17 hours for the code to be delivered. The delay was very inconvenient, and the support team provided little to no help in resolving the issue
