While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

**June 28, 2026 - Customer Service**

**Customer Service Instructions**

At 11:29 AM, I received instructions from customer service to perform a $100 test withdrawal and then proceed as follows: withdraw $100, withdraw $5,000, and withdraw any amount.

At 2:30 PM, I reached out to customer service to clarify the withdrawal sequence: first, withdraw $100; second, withdraw another $100; third, withdraw $5,000; and fourth, withdraw any amount. Is that correct?

At 2:42 PM, I followed up with another confirmation request.

At 3:44 PM, customer service informed me, "The withdrawal orders have been sent to you. Please proceed according to the data provided."

At 4:45 PM, they reiterated, "You need to complete the $100 test withdrawal first. Once the funds arrive in your blockchain wallet address, please follow these steps:
- Withdraw $100
- Withdraw $5,000
- Withdraw any amount."

At 4:57 PM, I completed the test withdrawal of $100.

At 4:58 PM, I promptly notified customer service that the first withdrawal was successful.

At 5:00 PM, customer service instructed me to proceed with the next steps: withdraw $100, then $5,000, and finally any amount.

At 5:00 PM, I acknowledged their instructions with, "Understood."

At 5:12 PM, I successfully executed the second withdrawal of $100.

At 5:13 PM, customer service sent a message confirming that the second withdrawal was for $5,000.

However, these revised instructions were given only after I completed the second withdrawal. Despite receiving the withdrawal instructions three times (at 11:29 AM, 4:45 PM, and 5:00 PM), I diligently followed them without error.

Now, due to what seems to be a misunderstanding on CoinHub's part, they are claiming that I must deposit 2% ($10,000) of my total account balance into my CoinHub account. I have spent six days attempting to resolve this issue with customer service (specifically with Linda), but she continues to insist that I must pay 2%. This situation raises serious concerns about either a language barrier or the integrity of this website. I respectfully urge you to review this matter thoroughly and provide clarity, as I am simply following the instructions given at each step.
