I haven't received my purchased BTC after well over three hours, and the help guy told me I had received it, despite not, then sent me a link to someone else's transaction. Then, after I pointed out that it wasn't mine, he said the only thing to do was wait and didn't help me at all...

Never use coinify, certainly not via Ledger Live, for example If you want to redeem your crypto coins through this company, you will be disappointed. you can complete your entire deal up to depositing the amount into your bank account. then you suddenly have to verify yourself again in an impossible way, while you have already done this for a long time using your passport or driver's license.... in other words you have lost your cryptos and the amount of money offered
now, below in Coinify's answer...
they hide behind the so-called KYC (know your customer) regulations....
So what I already stated...
The KYC regulations are in any case a violation of your privacy, but financial institutions are also free to stretch these regulations.
So this is exactly what Coinify, for fear of fines, is doing to an exaggerated degree...
I really hope that people will realize that this is using your privacy to build your own private prison...
I therefore wholeheartedly wish Coinify a boycott from at least the awakened people

I tried the service twice, it's the worst of the ones I have tried
I tried the service twice.
The first time it took over two hours since they pay too little for the transaction.
It says on the receipt that they paid about 13 euros + 40 euro "handling fee" for a 1000 euro transaction of BTC, but it's not what they pay, that's what they say that I pay directly to the network or however they phrase it.
I used Topper while I was waiting both times and they paid a normal network fee so it took about 10 min.
I don't know how long time this second and last time will take, I thought it was a one off, but it wasn't they are greedy, lie and waste your time.

This company is a fraud. Do not use! I have been waiting for over a month for my Bitcoin transaction to reach my bank. The answers they give you are vague and not professional. Hidden fees
The amount that I received on my bank account was about $40 less that it was on Coinfy receipt. I asked support service , they told me that my bank hold the fees. I asked my bank , they hold only $4.14 for wire and recommend me to get back to the sender.
I did, Coinfy shared the link about intermediary bank fees.
But , nothing like this was stated in my order, it is hidden fees , so they cover it to make the price more attractive and don’t mention it. So this service is not reliable, do not use Coinfy. Or if you do- expect that the amount you get will be lower than you suppose to get.

From our investigation, it seems that the extra fees were caused by intermediary bank fees. Each bank handling your transaction takes handling fees in the form of intermediary bank fees. This is a regular procedure for all international bank transfers.

Still have not receive my 8k payout!!!!!
I wrote a review on my horrible experience with Coinify about a month ago regard not receiving my payout after selling my Bitcoin. Coinify reached out to me to rectify the situation but I have not heard anything from them. A member of Coinify’s support team assured me that she would reach out to their banks and provide an update within a few days. Unfortunately, despite her promise, I have yet to receive any information of uncertainty and anxiety, especially considering the substantial of money involved - an 8K payout that I urgently need.
I sincerely hope that Coinify takes immediate action to rectify this situation, otherwise I will take legal action and ensure that I get my payout.
If anyone has been in the same situation and had positive outcome please let us know. Any help we can get will be greatly appreciated.

Card entry screen not in selected country language.
The biggest issue or concern was that the screen to enter the credit card was not presented in my country selected language. In the early screen you are prompted for country (and state in the US), which would indicate English as the language, but the card entry screen was presented in Dutch.
Second issue, or helpful item, would have been better explanations of the transaction details in each step for novice users.
