Avoid - we lost £1000 to coinlist
They took our money and does now allow us access to our funds!! We have around £1000 worth of different coins in our account. My wife's phone does not show the multi factor code anymore and cointlist has decided to close our account and take our money!!!!

It has been 4 years
It has been 4 years. In May of 2021, I transferred $120 worth of ETH from Coinbase over to my new CoinList account. Since that day, I never did anything further with CoinList. Four years later in May of 2025, there is no trace of anything in my account. I know the value of ETH has dropped over time, and figured I would just take what is there and cash out. But to say I never invested anything on their site, when I have the original email to prove it? Stay away from CoinList. They steal your money and act stupid.

Reliable exchange
Recently, I made a token transfer from an exchange to my CoinList account. Apparently, I did not include the transfer memo in the transaction so, although the funds did go to the CoinList address, they did not go directly to my account. The CoinList Team followed the entire process with the utmost seriousness and managed to resolve the process quickly.
It is good to know that we can rely on CoinList to manage our money, with trust and responsibility!

Low quality service, I agree with check and control on KYC but after sending all the required documents more times they're continue asking me for another documentation.
I wanted to apply and join a project but they succeed in make me change idea.

I lost access to my account
After changing my device I lost the access to coinlist. I tried many different methods I'm not very knowledgeable within the crypto world and then finally contacted the coinlist team through following the steps.
The coinlist team helped me to get the access with many back and forth exchanged emails and I made many mistakes and I was guided with step by step guide. I was very scared of the being scammed ect but it's was very secure way to upload the details too. I'm very pleased with the help I received. Thank you coinlist team.
