Since June 6

Since June 6, 2026, it has now been 12 days, and I am still receiving the same repetitive responses. The same template messages appear everywhere, including here, and they are being sent to everyone with similar issues.

I am not the only affected user. Several other users have reported experiencing the same problem with your platform.

Even your live chat support has effectively stopped responding, and your email support does not respond at all.

I urgently need access to my funds. Please return my money and process my withdrawal immediately.

I have been sending emails, text messages on their instagram, and live chat.... but from yesterday they have completely removed my access to speak to them on live chat... this platform is scamming people... please everyone be careful.... the only response i get is my case is under investigation and they will update me and its been 7 days now.. who is really responsible for this. ?

Frozen Withdraw

It’s been nearly a year that my account has been Frozen and I’m not allowed to Withdraw. I have completed the KYC verification, and I contact support every day, but they keep giving me the same generic response and don’t take any action.

Based on my experience

Based on my experience, this platform has completely removed my access to my account without any warning or explanation.

I have used this account for years. One day, access was simply gone. I was not given any reason, and I have not been able to recover it.

I currently cannot access my funds or manage an open position, and I have already suffered financial loss as a result.

Support has not provided any solution after multiple attempts.

This is a warning based on my experience: do not use this platform. Use other platforms instead.

My account on Coinlocally has been frozen since December 19, 2025.

UID: 34231013

For more than 97 days, I have been trying to get a real answer from support. Instead of resolving the issue, Coinlocally keeps sending generic replies and redirecting me between email support and 24/7 support.

I completed the requested verification on December 21, 2025, yet I still have:
• no clear explanation of the restriction,
• no concrete timeline,
• no list of remaining requirements,
• no actual decision regarding my funds.

This is not a normal support process. This is endless delay without transparency.

A platform cannot seriously expect users to trust it while locking access to funds and refusing to provide a substantive response for months.

I am still willing to cooperate, but Coinlocally must finally provide:
• the exact reason for the restriction,
• the current review status,
• any remaining required actions,
• and the final resolution timeframe.

Right now, my experience is simple: blocked account, no clear explanation, no timeline, and no real help.

The exchange just says you violated…

The exchange just says you violated regulations but never explains what you actually did wrong. They keep saying they are working on it yet nothing ever changes. Until I can actually access my money again, I am going to keep seeing this whole thing as a scam.
It's honestly easier to earn these days if you are looking in the right place. I've only been using #GoIdbIoom~Iaboratories for a couple of weeks and I am already getting closer to the goals I set for myself.

ID: 34609997 My account was frozen on December 15, 2025. Throughout this entire time, support kept saying "Wait" and using boilerplate responses. Any question they didn't like was immediately answered with the phrase "Your account is permanently blocked." After each attempt, they either ignored me or responded with "We explained everything to you earlier." I deposited 900 USDT, opened a couple of positions, and earned a profit of about -90 USDT. I made two withdrawals without any problems, and on December 15, 2025, when I tried again, they froze my account, leaving 630 USDT in my account. So, I deposited 900 USDT and earned 90 USDT. Even if I violated the rules, you can still collect the profit like other legitimate exchanges like LBANK, MEXC, BYBIT, and so on. Even if a client violates the rules, they take the profit, but return the remaining funds they deposited without any problem, since they belong to the client and not the exchange. After waiting two months, I suggested they take the profit and withdraw the remaining funds. After this suggestion, they wrote that my account was permanently blocked and blocked my ability to contact technical support. Therefore, we conclude that this scam exchange deliberately allows withdrawals twice to instill trust in the client, so they can deposit even more funds, after which they freeze, ignore, and block technical support. And all this under the guise of a violation. BUT IF I VIOLATED, YOU TAKE THE PROFIT, NOT THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT, SO IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE DELIBERATELY DOING THIS TO OWN THE FUNDS. NO EXCHANGE DOES THIS. DO NOT DEPOSITS HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AND ALL THE REVIEWS YOU'VE READ ARE TRUE. THE EXCHANGE'S POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM. EVEN TRUSTPILOT ITSELF has flagged these reviews as fake and inflated. I SUGGEST AGAIN THAT YOU TAKE YOUR PROFIT AND RETURN THE REMAINING FUNDS.

I am warning everyone: Coinlocally is illegally withholding my funds. My account (UID: 33545037) has been frozen for over 100 days despite the fact that I have fully authenticated my account using my Turkish residency/identity documents. I am a verified user from Turkey, yet they treat my assets as their own.
I have a formal complaint ticket (Ticket: 869bkyj9z) and they promised a resolution by Jan 21, 2026. That deadline passed 24 days ago. Their support (Maggie) just gives scripted "review" answers. Due to this, I have suffered a $10,000 loss in market
ATTENTION USERS: I am currently organizing an international legal action against Coinlocally through
INTERPOL and global financial regulators. If you are facing similar issues with frozen funds, please contact me. I am willing to fund a group legal case to hold them accountable.
I have already notified Binance regarding their liquidity connection. I will not stop until I recover my funds plus damages.

Coinlocally is withholding user funds – very concerning

Coinlocally has failed to release my funds without providing any clear or valid explanation. I have complied with all required procedures, yet my withdrawal remains unpaid.

Support responses are vague, delayed, or completely ignored. There is no transparency, no clear timeline, and no accountability.

At this point, if Coinlocally continues to withhold user funds, it is reasonable to consider this platform a scam. Legitimate exchanges do not block withdrawals without justification.

I strongly warn other users to be extremely careful and do not deposit money into this platform until Coinlocally proves that it can process withdrawals properly.
