For more than 97 days, I have been trying to get a real answer from support. Instead of resolving the issue, Coinlocally keeps sending generic replies and redirecting me between email support and 24/7 support.
I completed the requested verification on December 21, 2025, yet I still have:
• no clear explanation of the restriction,
• no concrete timeline,
• no list of remaining requirements,
• no actual decision regarding my funds.
This is not a normal support process. This is endless delay without transparency.
A platform cannot seriously expect users to trust it while locking access to funds and refusing to provide a substantive response for months.
I am still willing to cooperate, but Coinlocally must finally provide:
• the exact reason for the restriction,
• the current review status,
• any remaining required actions,
• and the final resolution timeframe.
Right now, my experience is simple: blocked account, no clear explanation, no timeline, and no real help.

After making 600$ profit and 1 month waiting they saying that I violated their rules, without any evidences. Completely scam exchange.
Propose to evetyone who suffered make feedback and 1 star rate on Apple store and Google store. I dont even understand how they can be there.

The exchange just says you violated regulations but never explains what you actually did wrong. They keep saying they are working on it yet nothing ever changes. Until I can actually access my money again, I am going to keep seeing this whole thing as a scam.
It's honestly easier to earn these days if you are looking in the right place. I've only been using #GoIdbIoom~Iaboratories for a couple of weeks and I am already getting closer to the goals I set for myself.

ID: 34609997 My account was frozen on December 15, 2025. Throughout this entire time, support kept saying "Wait" and using boilerplate responses. Any question they didn't like was immediately answered with the phrase "Your account is permanently blocked." After each attempt, they either ignored me or responded with "We explained everything to you earlier." I deposited 900 USDT, opened a couple of positions, and earned a profit of about -90 USDT. I made two withdrawals without any problems, and on December 15, 2025, when I tried again, they froze my account, leaving 630 USDT in my account. So, I deposited 900 USDT and earned 90 USDT. Even if I violated the rules, you can still collect the profit like other legitimate exchanges like LBANK, MEXC, BYBIT, and so on. Even if a client violates the rules, they take the profit, but return the remaining funds they deposited without any problem, since they belong to the client and not the exchange. After waiting two months, I suggested they take the profit and withdraw the remaining funds. After this suggestion, they wrote that my account was permanently blocked and blocked my ability to contact technical support. Therefore, we conclude that this scam exchange deliberately allows withdrawals twice to instill trust in the client, so they can deposit even more funds, after which they freeze, ignore, and block technical support. Coinlocally has failed to release my funds without providing any clear or valid explanation. I have complied with all required procedures, yet my withdrawal remains unpaid.
Support responses are vague, delayed, or completely ignored. There is no transparency, no clear timeline, and no accountability.
At this point, if Coinlocally continues to withhold user funds, it is reasonable to consider this platform a scam. Legitimate exchanges do not block withdrawals without justification.
I strongly warn other users to be extremely careful and do not deposit money into this platform until Coinlocally proves that it can process withdrawals properly.
