You are correct, we never hold your funds, the moment we get the funds in our bank, we go ahead and send the coins to your wallet as per your request! Depending on the payment method, your coins can arrive within 1 hour - 3 business days for Wire orders.

As explained via email, we DO NOT ACCEPT Voters IDs.
Once you get your hands on an acceptable ID, we would be happy to review it as we spoke about via email for the last 2 weeks. If you are somehow still confused as to why we cannot verify you, feel free to read back over my emails as it was clearly explained many times.
You could not confirm the digits from your driver's License, hence why we asked for another ID.
You then provided your voter ID which we cannot accept & I have since been asking for another ID & explainng why for 2 weeks.
I asked my team if we can accept your Birth Cert, and they informed me that we could seeing as we still have your Drivers License on file.
Once you have provided the Birth Cert, we can review it.
