Over 10% fees?
On their website it says you're paying 3-4% fees but when I compare what I get to what I pay it's more like 10-15%. Can't understand it but that's not a good way to go.

For buy transactions, we charge 2.93%-3.9% commission on top of the rate depending on your loyalty level.
For wire transfer orders, the rate is locked when we receive the payment in our bank (not at the time of placing your order). This method is cheaper and also has higher spending limits.
On credit/debit card orders (this also includes Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.), there is an additional 4.99% express fee. This fee is added after you choose your method of payment. So, if you make an order for $100 and choose credit/debit card as your method of payment, you will pay $105 in total. With this method, you get faster delivery and a rate that is locked at the time of purchase.
Your order summary is displayed on-screen before you make your payment and we encourage you to take a look at this and make sure you’re happy with what you’re receiving before completing the payment. Your bank may charge a separate fee for creating the bank transfer, so please consult with them prior to creating an order.
