Waste of time
Waste of time. The verification process (KYC) is poor. You have to install some weird app. The app randomly freezes. I have tried several times - no avail. I closed my account. I have several accounts in other exchanges but this is the worst experience so far. I suggest that the provider should work on verification process without relying to a buggy app.

It is an incredibly complicated process so it takes some time, but as I said we are in the middle of implementation of the new process. My favorite exchange for trading BTC
I have experience with many crypto exchanges, but when I want to sell or buy a BTC, I always use Coinmate.io. It seems to me that this service decided to provide just limited number of features, but to implement all of them properly. Thanks to this, the UI is easy to use, intuitive and responsive.

Won't explain reasons for not increasing limits
I asked for increased limits using the built in form. They asked for questionaire and documents which I provided.
However request was denied stating that I didn't provide necessary documents (which I did) and without any further clarification..
Not very reliable or trustworthy company.
EDIT:
After some more ping-pong with support Coinmate realized error and corrected it. Increasing rating.
