Everything worked out eventually, but there are bugs and the UI needs to be more user friendly. It is not intuitive and is quite hard to navigate at times.

Great support from Coinmate.io staff
Coinmate is super fast and extra easy to use for me when buying bitcoins. No problems with transactions, transfers are fast and reliable. Recently, I got great support from coinmate staff, when I made mistake with deposit - support found my mistake within minutes and guided me through correct solution - in less than hour, I found my deposit and was able to complete my transaction - thumbs up for this excellent customer support.

Never again!
I had to wait for my withdrawal for almost 5 months! After that they didn't even send it to my bank account, but back to my Coinmate account, so I had to do the withdrawal all again.

Yes, they work, no problems so far. The support is responsive, things work. I dont want to jinx it though :P Never checked the rates, so I don't know if they're any good, but I hope.

I am waiting 14 days for the approval of the bank statement. One single document.
The whole process is taking more than month.
ETH withdrawal fee is one of the highest I've seen + it's fix.
Poor list of useful coins (who trades DASH nowadays?). No option to trade ADA, SOL, AVAX.
