Avoid This Platform: Fake Reviews and Bad Service

I tried to close my account, but Coinmerce made it very difficult. They tried to make me deposit more of my own money just to leave. This felt like a trick to get more money from me.

When I threatened to file a formal complaint, they finally agreed to help. But then they asked me for a 5-star review before they even fixed the problem.

They made the 5-star rating a condition for helping me. This is manipualtion! A company should not force customers to give good ratings just to get basic support.

I have photos and videos of the whole chat to prove this happened. I will share these on all social media sites to warn everyone. Do not trust their high ratings.

Terrible platform!!!!! I tried every effort to withdraw my assets from this platform it was never successful I don’t know if it was intentional or something but I won’t recommend this platform to anyone

I had a really super nice and fast support with Coinmerce! I contacted Coinmerce via Facebook chat and I systematically received a reply within 5-10 minutes. The customer support team is very friendly, professional and fast to resolve issues. It was the first time I had an issue (it was my own fault) and the Support was super dedicated to resolve it. 5 stars ***** company !!
My problem is that I made a withdraw from Mexc to Coinmerce on a wrong address and Coinmerce communicated with Mexc to solve my issue ASAP.
