My deposit took over one hour to register on Coinpass. Everything else fine, bought XRP, wudda got 4 more XRP on Binance but the banks have blacklisted Binance as they can't cope with the competition fairly so get together and do the dirty tricks routine. Coinpass is ok

One of the better options in the UK (at least while the UK banks are throwing their tantrums)
Fees are a little high for my liking and had one case of payment not "pairing up" with my account (which support fixed fairly quickly).
Other than that, no real complaints.

Transactions don’t process in…
Transactions don’t process in real-time. By the time they processed my purchase 20 minute later the price had dropped and she selling the same thing happened. I’m £17 out of pocket but they still take the same fee. Avoid and find a broker that works in real time.

Transactions are processed instantly for Buy and Sell.
Withdrawal transactions are passed through a security processed before being released onto the blockchain.
Any price fluctuations when moving between exchanges is to be expected for any crypto asset from any provider.

Fantastic customer support which is rare in crypto world! a pity that only offers GBP pairs , easy money transfer. Promotion paid as promised. Be aware Exchange fees are very high so would be a good gate to come and out scenario.
I am not sure if FCA approved - I think temporary which makes all the difference for a safe investment.

As a very inexperienced trader I had a problem understanding how to deposit and transfer exiting cryptocurrency from another company. I contacted customer support, who replied within hours. They explained everything very clearly and I am now sorted.

Difficult to move many of the listed…
Difficult to move many of the listed coins to/from other wallets due to user not having easy access to the wallet addresses of their coins held on the platform.
Also, beware the onboarding bonus if you send - say as a test - a value of less than £100 you will lose the bonus.
