Absolute shambles of a company and a…

Absolute shambles of a company and a bunch of scammers. I deposited €50 euro and received a €50 bonus with some free spins on a piggy game. I lost the funds and the bonus. My balance/bonus funds were 0 and I deposited a further €112 euro the next day. I won €300 euro and withdrew it only for it to be cancelled and they took the whole lot.

I was told that I broke the bonus terms and conditions by betting over €5 with the bonus money. Every site I go on comes up with an error message if you bet outside of the bonus terms and conditions.

The issue is that the €112 euro deposit and €300 winnings has nothing to do with any bonuses but they decided to use terms and conditions for a previous bonus against me.

I didn’t get my winnings and not even my deposit back. They have stolen this money and everytime I email or live chat the only answer I get is “this is the final result”

Scammers at there best.

Scammed by Coinpoker

I am writing with reference to the unexpected and highly disruptive interruption of trading operations, which you term "maintenance," and which occurred precisely at the moment when my crypto futures positions were in a phase of significant price appreciation.
At the moment of the forced closure at a price of $2.235 USD, my five open positions (Total investment: 144.45 USDT; Leverage: x500) were already performing as follows:
One position with an approximate profit of 200 USDT.
Three positions with an approximate profit of 100 USDT each.
One position with an approximate profit of 50–100 USDT.
Market analysis and momentum indicated that the rally continued to a peak price of $2.28 USD 30 minutes later, which conservatively estimated would have yielded a cumulative total profit of approximately 1144 USDT across my positions. It must be noted that I had the explicit intention and capability to follow this market movement and to close the positions during the subsequent inevitable downtrend following the peak.
Crucially, the negligence extended far beyond the peak period.
Despite the initial catastrophic timing, I repeatedly checked the platform overnight, waking up hourly with the hope of manually closing the positions. Twelve hours after your so-called "maintenance" began, the positions, against all odds at this level of leverage, would still have held an approximate profit of 700 USDT. Yet, the site remained inaccessible.
I urgently request that you review these figures and analyze the destroyed profit potential resulting from this unacceptable and poorly timed operational outage. The fact that the platform remained down for an extended period, preventing me from realizing significant profits even hours later, suggests that your operational planning is severely deficient and negligent. This extended downtime is profoundly frustrating.

Do not support these criminals

When you thought jokerstars is rigged, play here and get screwed over even harder, im very positive there are plenty of players seeing open cards and using bots(if not their own). Saw enough with players 3 bet all-in with 10-6o to hit their 6 on the turn. This is just one example of many. The app for android is not updated in years, so do the math how vulnerable this app is. Including game and connection crashes. How pros dare to wear their tag its a disgrace! Pokersites are killing the game, from full-tilt poker to GG poker to Pokerstars and now this one, all have been exploited as rigged where bots where a fact. So why would this on be different, the blockchain is exactly how they can see the cards. Trust is everything, but you will never reach that circle scammers

My CoinPoker account (10,000+ USDT) was banned with no proof.
They gave me only 5 hand IDs, I explained each one, and they ignored everything — final message was just “decision is final.”
No evidence, no transparency. Support doesn’t even understand poker.
Be careful — they can freeze and take your money anytime.

Of course it's rigged

I play Cash games and Tournaments. Had one withdrawal which went well. I will explain hereby why it is rigged:
- I got dealt the very same cards 4-5 times in a row (happened 3 times)
- The same 2 or 3 cards of the community cards are repeated on a pattern basis (happens everyday at almost every tournament)
- When I am Chip leader, I often win all-ins I called with poor cards, on the river
-I have won with quads (6 times), Royal flushes (2 times), Straight flushes (4 times) since I started playing on the platform 4 months ago. I play for fun for few hours, 2 days per week.
- Until now, I haven't deposited money on their platform and not planning to do so neither but I have made over 212₮ winning freerolls, cash games and tournaments. I made a withdrawal of 195₮.

To sum up, I am one of the very few profitable poker players on this platform (traders background and poker is the little brother of trading). It is rigged no doubt about it: but I will keep playing on the platform because it's fun.

Finally

Finally, a poker site that actually pays out fast. CoinPoker withdrawals are lightning quick, and the games are fun to play. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I just signed up

I just signed up, validated my email address, deposited $100 in bitcoin, withdrew $440 after winning a few hands in Omaha... I figured they would give me some hoops to jump through but they only wanted to verify my address via email. Will play every day until they go bust!

A few hours later... I just withdrew 300 more with no problem
