Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 69 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers feel that the game is primarily focused on generating revenue, with little regard for player satisfaction, leading to a frustrating and unrewarding user experience. They frequently mention that the game is too expensive, requiring significant spending to progress or complete events, and that the value for money is extremely poor. Reviewers also express dissatisfaction with the product itself, describing it as repetitive, rigged, and lacking genuine fun or entertainment. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the game is good and enjoyable, finding it engaging and wanting to complete levels.

The reviews are hilarious

The reviews are hilarious. If your sad enough to waste your £ on a game that literally contributes nothing to your life then that's on you. So you get to the next village. . Then what? I give this 5* because the owner of this game sits in his mansion laughing at all of you so cudos to them.

Disappointed

Was enjoying this game until I was compelled to fuse, can't do a thing with it, can't fuse can't move back to game, I'd love to keep playing but can't. Every time I try to reload game I am forced to go to fuse. Can't play anymore.

Pretty Sad

I’ve been reading reviews and would have to agree. Don’t play game when you do win coins it adds up to nothing. Definetly rigged.

Rigged

Rigged. Scam. Blatantly rigged too. Don’t waste your time. Even if you are on freecash or anything that pays you to download and play coinmaster,ITS NOT WORTH IT. you will 100% HAVE to pay $ to get to level 100 or higher with in the time limit. It’s why they do it. Ppl legit get hooked on this game like they do legit gambling. You are seriously better off playing online slots , at least most of the have “provability fair” when coin master has literally,” riggedability unfair “

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

There is no longer an actual 'game' to play. It's nothing but pop-ups to try to get you to buy something, accidentally buy something or pretend they are 'giving' you something. These pop-ups are so bad that they are freezing the game so you have to X out and log back in repeatedly.

You only get 5 shields for protection and the rhino is useless. Every time you go to sleep, you wake up the next morning and everything you accomplished the previous day is destroyed. When you log on if any of your village is left you are being attacked and can't spin because the pop-ups won't stop.

The win/reward ratios are way off, also. After you have played for a while items cost 30+ billion coins, while your wins and rewards are in the mere millions. It is frankly insulting.

The developers are not interested in your feedback or making the game better. The only time they ask for a rating is on the rare occasion that your actually have a small winning steak in anticipation of you being happy playing.

If you give a low rating, you are asked to explain and are directed to their customer service site. There is not a category for feedback. If you select something else and explain why you aren't happy, it falls on deaf ears. If they really cared, they would actually 'try' to play the game or listen to people who truly want to play the game. Chose something like Candy Crush or solitaire where you can just login and play.

Don't do it

Don't do it. This is a disgusting excuse for a 'game'. Starts off easy enough, that's the grooming process where they suck you in. Bunch of snakes they are but in the end it's ALL about the money. Don't let these sobs live off your back. They have zero integrity and couldn't give a rat's ass about decency...I SWEAR to you I'm speaking from experience.
The game makers of Coin Master is
Moon Active which is based in Israel.
Enough said.

Fixed game

While we are here complaining, people at Moon Active are enjoying vacations in the Caribbean with OUR money. It would take nothing to give us spins and be generous. But NO. They have NO customer support and they don't care. We must join together and bring Moon active and Coin master to their knees!!!

Players Beware

This company are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They cannot reinstate account without device ID, but it's impossible to get using the instructions they send . It's just a money making machine, that is only interested in getting as much out of people as possible. Certain cards are not available, you open boxes and literally have a split second to select a card or lose the lot . It is a scam money making machine. Play at your peril
