Nonsense !!! You manage to reach the payout then there will be a new step you have to complete and when you finally reach it you have to activate to get the payout but when you do it comes COME BACK TOMORROW TO ACTIVATE this has been going on for 3 weeks

it’s getting so ridiculously hard to build high level buildings,having just daily spins wouldn’t get you nowhere,this game is rigged..even you nearly get to claim reward bar the spins wouldn’t be enough which led you to buy and buy more packs,even you bought say a pack of thor coins the reward start from ramdomly lowest rewards..you bought packs of Seasonal card Hardly new ones all favors to CM and the more the higher levels the higher the price of packs and everything, this game is for rich people when you get to higher levels,cards and stuff mostly gold cards and rares hard to complete sets, buying chest your lucky to get 1 new card this is after vintage toys..So disappointing, i dont wanna get fooled again i lost so much $$$$ its addictive..dont download.

The most awful customer support experience. past the generic responses, they're rude, and dismissive. They stop responding when they want and refuse to escalate matters regardless of ample proof that they are wrong. I will be deleting my account and my data so I wouldn't even be tempted to play their stupid game again. I really hope the class action lawsuits make them go bankrupt.

Very poor customer service, I saved for weeks to get 55 Thor tokens only to use them and the wheel gets to max level it resets to the 1st level so I wasted many tokens, asked customer service for help only to get passive aggressive responses from Benjamin. Going to stop spending money on all 5 of my accounts now as not worth the risk the tokens well fail again.

Very poor experience. It started off well. I enjoyed the graphics a lot now I just think it’s a con to draw you in. As you progress in the game you will find that the missions where you will get the most rewards will run out of time before you can complete them, no matter how many spins you purchase. It’s rigged. I’d rather pay a monthly subscription for a app or buy Netflix than spend another penny on this. Hey it would even work out cheaper to play bingo! Don’t be fooled by the likeable graphics of course they want to be nice to look at so you see the multiple pop ups they have. Do not be fooled scam.

This game has several things wrong with it & the support icon doesn't have an option to write them for help. Team members can donate spins to each other but I don't receive any spins when I hit claim. Shields protect villages from attacks Yet, with full shields game took my money for a build and popped up a message that my village was attacked during building and to try the build again. You have to play several times a day to regain shields and the game keeps forcing me into battle mini game I don't want to participate in. I know I don't have enough spins for it so guaranteed lost I will be informed of. Get a limited time money boost or timed competition, game takes you to a mini game and wastes your limited time. Way too many pop ups for purchases and the multiple mini games. What you play should be optional and not forced upon you. Game will repeatedly take you to the same player on your friends list for attacks and raids. Being sent to the same village 5 times in a row is not fun.

I totally agree with the negatives of the game. I spent lots of money but then decided to stop buying spins or packages. I now don't get anything at all and closest I get to coming in the top 10 is 75th! Absolute rip off! Delete it!

Not getting correct credits for my raids on the golden pass i bought

Game is so rigged, you have no control over coins, raids, blocks and even what you feed the animal helping you. They give you free food after 24 hours and it lasts about 45 minutes, this game said play and win to a grade to get actual money and it’s nonsense.

I lost everything in my account. My photo name was so exceptional and my things came lively again

When purchasing spin packages I’m not receiving the amount of spins in package. It will show one thing but after purchase I receive less spins. One I purchased it showed 450, however received less…a little concerning.

If you buy a package to get more coins, you won't get Any packages for free.
