I tried to cancel within the trial time. And have been given the run around for over 3 weeks.

They don't care, DO NOT trust this sketchy company.

EDIT: They fixed it, after posting this review and hassling and groveling for nearly a month.

Repeatedly trying to charge my card after requesting to have the account deleted / cancelled numerous times!

This account was not used for almost a year, the app deleted and still i have now had 16 attempts to charge my card (luckily i have kept the funds below their requested amount so they cannot steal my money!)

No response whatsoever to my cancellation requests, sent by email and the sites chats.

Stear clear of this scam company at all costs!!

CAREFUL!!! The Values of the historical Portfolio are totally wrong and they change everyday! Don't trust them for tax purposes. I've been communicating with the support for 2 months and they didn't manage to solve the issue! Stay away!
Edit: eventually they found out that it happens for currencies different than USD

Works great to track you portfolio and have an insight in your % allocations.
Tracks nft's and staked coins as well, everything automatically which saves me a lot of time!!

Coinstats is pretty efficient. If you have too much of new DEFI protocoles it could be complicated.

Customer service is quite reactive.

participated in a campaign on Galxe by Space ID and received a free
three-month premium subscription. All I had to do was link my bank
card. I thought any honest service would simply stop the subscription
if I didn't renew it.

Then one day, I found a "Delete Account" button in my personal
account, received a message that the deletion request would be
reviewed within 72 hours, and forgot about your company.

But April comes, and I receive an SMS that some CoinStats is trying to
charge nearly $168 from my bank card.

Unbelievable! These scammers not only didn't delete my account but are
also trying to steal my money!

I try to find a way to remove my bank card from their website, but
there's no such option. I write in the live chat requesting my account
be deleted and receive a response: "I've passed your request to our
respective team, and we'll get back to you soon."

A day or two passes, and they try to charge my bank card again!

Now, the live chat stops responding altogether, and in April, there
are seven attempts to steal money from my bank card!

Thus, I conclude that this is a scam disguised as a legitimate service.

I was charged after forgetting to cancel the Premium trial. I canceled the subscription right after being charged and contacted CoinStats support the same day requesting a refund — as per their 14-day money-back guarantee.

It’s been several days, I followed up multiple times, and my messages were seen but ignored. Very disappointing experience. Still waiting for a response…

I've tried pretty much every well-known crypto portfolio tracker out there, but CoinStats is the first one that actually managed to connect with all the exchanges I tested or use. On top of that, it also shows DeFi positions like LPs and lending, which most other trackers struggle with.

It didn’t take long for me to upgrade to Pro, totally worth it. The layout is clean, intuitive, and just makes sense.

I had a couple of small issues when setting things up, but the support team was super helpful and responsive. Special thanks to Martha for her clear answers and quick help!

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serious portfolio tracker that actually works.

Scammers, they wrote off the money for the subscription quietly and do not want to return the money if I do not want to use the subscription

David Schrader Contacted me out of the blue regarding a case. David became aggressive when questioned regarding how he had got certain information and when I wished to escalate he refused.

Eassy and useful app spead and make alot of money

I activated the trial, and canceled the renewal cause it’s worthless. However, two months later, at the expire date, they started requesting the 1yr payment (167$). I tried to contact them dozens of time, their support is a bot that doesn’t care of claims or issues. I blackmailed and got refund from my bank but they still keep trying to steal my money.

I've been trying to cancel my trial and delete my account on CoinStats for months. None of the options work properly on the web app. Despite trying to cancel, I was rolled over to Premium and they attempted to charge me.

Every time I click “Deactivate”, I get an error. I’ve clicked “Delete my account” at least 10 times over the past month — each time, I get a message saying the account will be deleted within 72 hours, but it’s still active.

I also reached out to their support team and received no response whatsoever.

I don’t know if this is an outright scam, but the way they handle (or rather, don’t handle) account and subscription management feels incredibly shady.

DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND ALL MY DATA.

It's one of the best tools, that I can use for free to track my various wallets.
The issues I had so far, have all been resolved by their support team.
So far and so forth I am happy with CoinStats :)

(There might be issues with CoinEx wallets, so beware)

They billed me after they sent me an email that billing will stop. After asking for my money back they are “reviewing my case” for more than 2 weeks now.

Update: they gave me the refund in the end (took around 1 month)
