Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with Google Authenticator.

We understand that the security of your funds is important to you, and we want to help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

There are a few possible reasons why your Google Authenticator code may be invalid:
The code has expired. Google Authenticator codes are only valid for 30 seconds, so if you don't enter it in time, it will no longer work.
Your phone's clock is not synced with CoinZoom's clock. To make sure your clock is synced, go to your phone's settings and enable automatic time zone detection.

You are using the wrong code. Please make sure that you are entering the 6-digit code that is displayed in the Google Authenticator app for CoinZoom.

If you have checked all of the above and you are still getting an invalid code error, please contact us directly through our support page, https://support.coinzoom.com.

Sincerely,
The CoinZoom Support Team

Hello, accounts that have not had funding or trading activity for a period of 6 months are considered inactive. A small monthly fee of $2.50 may be charged in order to continue the account on the Exchange as explained in the CoinZoom Terms and Conditions.

This account had no activity for 28 months, minus 6 months, so 22 months at $2.50 per month = $55. The account had a balance of 500 Zoom Tokens.

At the time the inactivity fee was charged, Zoom Tokens were valued at 0.0148 cents each. 500 X 0.0148 = $7.40, which was much less than what was owed at the time.

True, I've got scamed. I had to search first about this.

I add more detail information.

Her name is Alice. I'm not sure its real or not. She connects me in telegram. And talking about coin. As a programmer I'm not interested in about that. Then she talked about her story brother was gone by car accident few years ago. I was in trouble as well I felt sympathy and in same zone.

That was beginning. Then invest several time then my money was blocked 7,700 USDT. my money is 5,500 USD rest of them she made it. Now I can see everything is lie. I hope not happening again anyway.

Hello - Based on your review, you have been the victim of a scam of someone using CoinZoom's name and/or likeness. You were never dealing with CoinZoom directly.

We urge you to exercise caution when making decisions regarding your finances as well as your personal data and only do business with companies after careful research confirms that they are reputable. Never entrust an individual you have met online with your finances or your personal information. Although these may look and sound authentic, they are designed to deceive you.

Unfortunately, scammers hijack our name and use similar websites to steal people's money. Some of the things to watch out for: Emails that appear to be from CoinZoom but are in fact slightly different in spelling. Example: support@CoimZoom.com, support@ColnZoom.com, etc. Notice the slight difference in the names, CoinZoom with a lowercase ‘L‘ in place of the ‘ i.' CoinZoom spelled with an ‘M.‘ There are also cloned websites that look identical to the CoinZoom website. Look at the website address. Our only official websites have a domain of coinzoom.com (eg: www.coinzoom.com, trade.coinzoom.com). Any other website address is not owned by CoinZoom.

Hello, upon review, we found a single ticket with multiple back-and-forth responses regarding a wire deposit that never reached us. We understand that this would have been a frustrating experience. We see that our customer support and finance department responded to your questions within minutes of receiving them. Since the referenced wire never reached us we had no way of processing it.

We'd love the opportunity to work with you going forward. Please find the "Deposit With a Wire Transfer" article for instructions on sending a wire and you can also contact us via chat or support ticket by going to https://support.coinzoom.com if you'd like us to walk you through the process.

Deposited $500 via ACH transaction and I'm still waiting for the hold time to end 3 weeks later. I can understand 7 days but 3 weeks??!! that's almost a month it's irritating and it makes me tempted to look elsewhere to deposit cash. I understand the need for hold times to protect customers from scammers but 3 weeks is a bit ridiculous. It's irritating more than anything. Heck even Coinbase has shorter hold times.
Coinzoom! Shorten the hold time to 7 business days geez. Waiting almost a month for deposits to go through is absolutely ridiculous. Fix that before I leave.

Hello, we impose hold times on certain types of deposits to protect ourselves from having funds deposited, converted to crypto, and then sent out, followed by a chargeback or reversal.

We also impose hold times to add a layer of protection for customers that are tricked by scammers into depositing their life savings, purchasing crypto, and then sending that crypto to an external wallet only to realize after the funds are gone that they have been scammed.

Recently, one such customer told us that the hold time saved her life savings and her home.

I deposited a small amount to buy NFT which was fine. Now I am unable to withdraw until kyc is complete (which is fine). However have tried several times to complete kyc, even having support reset my account, but it fails instantly on all occasions. Guess I will write off my funds / NFT. But advise others to avoid at all costs.

Not trustworthy

I uploaded small amount of cash twice on their app then decided I want to take the monies out because I was locked out of my account and had a very difficult time to get back in. So I reached out to them about the matter and this is where it got even more complex since they were determined that I have to allow a video call which I did not feel comfortable to do, so I refused. I asked for other options since I do not agree to that and they were adamant so I let it go for a while. About a year later I tried logging in again, this time I was successfully but by then I was totally turned off and lost any little trust I had left, so that is when I decided I would take my cash out and return it to my bank account but I couldn’t get my cash out. So I called them and told them the challenges I was having to take my money out, they claimed they will look into this and when the person responded to me he said the reason why I cannot get my money back is because it was a bonus offered to me from them which was totally false!! The money was all mine that I uploaded to their platform directly from my bank account. I eventually deleted their app from off of my devices.

Hello, we have reviewed your information and find that two-factor authentication is enabled on your account. If you've lost access to the OTP software you used to set it up, we do have a process that allows you to reset it. The point of two-factor authentication is to make sure that no one can access your account by hacking your email address.

Please contact us directly at https://support.coinzoom.com for instructions on how you can do this without doing a Zoom Meeting.
We do not restrict access to your funds based on them being from a bonus.

What you describe matches the action of known scammers that are not associated with us. These bad actors confuse victims by using our names with emails and websites that are similar but not identical to our actual email and website.

Some of the things to watch out for:

Hello,

At CoinZoom we do not require customers to have a VIP account in order to withdraw funds. The behavior you described is consistent with known bad behavior used by scammers pretending to be us. They often have a similar but different URL for their website, app, and emails. The domain for all CoinZoom websites and email addresses is coinzoom.com. Every subdomain will always end in .coinzoom.com (notice the "." at the beginning). Domains such as coinzoom.com, trade.coinzoom.com or support.coinzoom.com are legitimate.

Scammers try to fool unsuspecting consumers with slight variations from the CoinZoom domain. Fraudulent sites may use something similar to the following fake domains:
-tradecoinzoom.com (missing "." between trade and coinzoom)
-www.coinzoomx.com (added "x" to coinzoom)
-coinzoom.com.co (added ".co" to coinzoom.com)
-coinzoom.net (wrong top level domain, .net)

Please contact us directly by going to our support portal: https://support.coinzoom.com. If the website is hosted in a country friendly to us we may be able to get their website taken down.

I don't suggest any body even try this…

I don't suggest any body even try this product, it's completely useless. Customer service worst in the world, no phone number, no office only e-mail, just think about what you can do with e-mail if you make transaction a few thousand dollars in to your account and for some reason you get lock. Few month ago I run tru 45K to the CoinZoom and after that I was on vacation and trying to log in to my account and I can't because it was lockup. Almost 4 business days I waiting for unlock and still nothing. That's mean on another side no one will take care of you. I still have some money on account but there is no chances to roll over it. My opinion The US government must control organizations like CoinZoom because they are not for trust, they are corrupted. Think about twice to have a deal with them, or stay away If your account is lock for some reason you will lose everything you have.

A company that cares about getting it right!

I would highly recommend.

Updated: I did leave a unfavorable report after becoming frustrated with a transaction. I have edited this due to the very positive way that CoinZoom reacted to my initial post. A representative (Jordan) did actually call me, reached out and discussed my frustration and walked me through how they could improve their service. He helped me understand what happened and where to find information regarding the transaction. I have gone from an initial negative experience to an very positive one. Jordan was very concerned with addressing the items that caused my confusion and frustration and preventing that happening to myself and others in the future. Just reaching out was a huge way to improve their relations and to show they truly do care about their customers. I will be recommending their services to others.

Thank you for allowing us to respond to your concerns.

We see that your main concern is regarding undisclosed fees, however, we provide our fees on our website here: https://www.coinzoom.com/fees/

Most of the fees that you mentioned in your review were never charged to you. For example, we do not charge a fee for depositing crypto. The nearly $100 difference you mention, comes from two sources, the wire fees and the $ 45.00 charged by your bank. You did pay the $25.00 wire fee, which is disclosed on our fee page and the wire page in our app. Your first attempt was returned by your bank. The amount returned by them was $45.00 less than what was sent. We deposited all funds returned to your account and did not charge a reversal fee. When you sent a new wire with updated bank info, you paid the $25.00 wire fee.

Please feel free to contact us directly with any additional questions or concerns.

Coinzoom allowed a fraudulent transaction on my account

I am very crypto savy. Coinzoom has been trusted by many of my friends and used for small transactions. When I used my account for a large transfer to another crypto platform, the deposit was successful and then 10 minutes later, the money "disappeared". Coinzoom sent me the confirmation of the fraudulent transaction telling me my transfer was "successful"! When talking with customer service, Coinzoom is denying any responsibility and denying reimbursing the money from the fraudulent transaction originating from Coinzoom! My trust is broken for this company along with losing half of my savings from Coinzoom.

Terrible is a compliment.

Terrible, to say the least.
I tried to withdrawn my money using a Debit Card (nothing special, just a normal bank debit card) and it did not work. I asked for help, at least 4 different people replied and not even one of them was able to suggest to use a different card (I tried and I finally got my money back). When asking for help I pointed that I had only 100$ on my Coinzoom account and, one of the persons, suggested me to use a Wire withdrawn method: 25$ of fees. Terrible company, useless customer service, will never ever use it again.
