Utterly disgusting customer service, I requested a full refund on 1/4/19, it’s now 13/4/19 and I am told they have a 7-10 day refund process. Although yesterday I was told it’s 11-15 day process.
I am speaking to the police and fraud teams, I will never and recommend no ones uses this website.

Not even worth 1 star - DO NOT USE!!!
5 weeks after making the order i received my items...I was so disappointed, they look nothing like the photographs, the design is so poor, the material used is very bad quality and the sizing is way off. I ordered large wanting it oversized and but was more like a 8/10 UK size!!! (I wish i could upload the photos i've taken...they are soooooo bad!!!!)
I contacted customer service and to be fair i have received good contact with them but they are obviously writing from a script, the returns policy is customer pays the returns postage to china (over £30) ...but they assure me i will get a refund (£70) I will wait and see!!!!
I feel this company is a scam drop shipping set up to sell FAKE products to customers over seas, with the hope they will not return!!! Not only is this a perfect case for trading standards, but also a total waste of materials, postage, packaging and everyones time!!! Why not just make good garments as advertised!!!!
I will NEVER recommend Colabingo ......DO NOT USE!!!!

Don't do it!
Ordered 3 dresses 4 weeks ago, 2 just arrived today. The dresses look much better in the pictures. The material for one of the dresses is suppose to be cotton and it is clearly synthetic. The sizing is off as well.

Poor quality, poor customer service...
I have received my order, eventually after 6 weeks however the clothes are extremely poor quality and very very small. If you resemble a stick insect then these items will fit you fine. I'm trying to return my items at present but there is no returns label or address inside the parcel and the returns and exchanges pages do not give an address? Very poor company all round, wouldn't recommend anyone to shop with them.
