Put in freezer not the fridge
Delivery arrived at least partly defrosted so I popped it in the fridge. Trouble two days later when we were able to have it I learned that from a cooking perspective the process should have started from frozen. So while it should have been awesome it was only ok

Veggies were sad and fruit was overripe
I ordered a staples box which included fruit, veg, eggs and milk.
The delivery person delivered 1 of the 2 boxes. And had to come back several hours to fix. No biggy.
Where my concern is that the fruit and veg seemed like the last pickings of the week.
Fruit was over ripe and veggies were pretty sad looking. Probably won't purchase again

Food ordered was good. But customer service for queries is a little hard to connect with. Delivery driver left food parcel upside on the front door step. A bit of care taken would have been nice.
