Great customer service
Australia post damaged some of the items I had ordered. When I contacted co-lab pantry about this they were really apologetic, helpful, and replaced all the damaged items for me. I would definitely shop here again.

Expired cannoli shells
When I received my initial order in December 2020, a bottle of sauce which I had ordered must have shattered in transit and soiled most of the other items damaging the packaging. After cleaning the sauce off everything, I also discovered that the 12 pack of cannoli shells I received were expired. I immediately notified Co-Lab Pantry and they organised for replacement items to be sent out to me.
When I received the replacement items also in December 2020, there were only six cannoli shells (1 of which was broken). The sauce arrived safely this time. Again I immediately notified Co-Lab Pantry of this error and they said they would organise a replacement.
Early into the new year, I still did not receive my replacement cannoli shells. I followed this up with Co-Lab Pantry several times who later said the supplier had been asked to resend out the item however I did not receive them. They were kind enough to allow me to choose a different item which arrived within a few days.

Different delivery days
It was unclear that orders would be coming on different days. Packaging for baked goods wasn't great so the ants got to enjoy the items before I did!
