Then a further £4.95 tax. Total £84.87 charged to my credit card through PayPal for this one item at £24.99.
They will not answer the phone ! and approx 20 email requests to sort the problem . Totally unprofessional company. Stay well clear I wont be back to purchase any goods from them.

AVOID

Spent £250 on their products at the NEC. Both items broke out of the box (the trolleys)... Had one initial email from the company promising replacements... but since then have been ignored for two weeks and cannot get a response - although they have had time to remove my comment from their Facebook page but not respond to any of my emails. Professional.

We made a specific journey to the NEC Camping and Caravan Show Club Day on day one of the February 2026 show. One of the main reasons was so we could purchase Colapze products and take them home, so we didn't have to rely on couriers and because we had paid to be on our first ever serviced pitch 4 days later. We visited the stand at 2pm on day one. We were advised they had run out of stock and that staff had gone to the warehouse to restock the stand. We were advised to return at 4 pm. At 4:30, we arrived to be told the stock was now inaccessible in the back of the van. But we could purchase the items and have them delivered the next day. We reluctantly agreed. By late Wednesday, nothing had arrived. Needing them for Saturday i emailed them. I received a reply the following day apologising and assuring us the items had been dispatched and should be with us before our trip. We never received any dispatch note from either Colpaze or a courier. However, what Colapze were quick to do was take our money from the account. As of one week later, the items still have not arrived. This is the same experience as another customer on this page. This was the second company at the show to SCAM us, and it had left a very bitter taste. Having been to many of the NEC shows, it's becoming clear that customers are being taken advantage of. It's a shame that with such innovative products, Colapze/Sorcit can't seem to look after their customer base. I will not be returning to any future NEC shows or buying products that first appear to be well reviewed. Which leads me nicely to the so-called 'influencer' mob on all the major social media platforms. Don't trust everything you see and hear online. I'm normally so careful. But on this occasion, we let our guard down twice.

I bought a portable shower from Colapz a few years ago and misplaced the charger. When I contacted the company, Regine replied instantly to advise me that the unit was out of stock but would inform me as soon as it is available. I have since found the elusive charger, but was extremely impressed with the level of customer service offered. Regine could not have been more helpful

I ordered the Colapz water container. It arrived promptly and I had good email correspondence from the Colapz team.

The container itself is sturdy, yet flexible and it's great that I can choose to use it as a bucket or water dispenser. For me it is really helpful that there is also a smaller opening on the top as well as the full lid as I put a hose in there that goes to my tap. I do a lot of travelling around camping so it is great that it packs down neatly. Love the fact it has a bag too. My favourite bit is the lid comes off completely so I can dry it thoroughly and not worry that it will go moldy if left. I would definitely recommend this water container.

Ordered a water container on the 11/08 and it’s now 22/08 and I haven’t received the order. I emailed to ask where it is and haven’t yet received a reply, just an automated reply to say they will be in touch within 24hours, that was 2 days ago. Delivery states 2-4 days.

I purchased some collapsible waste pipes for our caravan and these arrived very promptly and the quality is excellent, been back and ordered a couple more items, I would recommend Colapz
