You attended a DriverCPC course where chairs are arranged behind tables in a classroom type set-up. I'm not sure what you expected to find for a DriverCPC course which is predominantly PowerPoint presentation?
3 Day ICB Course Review
Nathan is an all round sound guy and a calm and collected instructor, who knows how to balance the level of training throughout the course (B1 ICB Forklift in my case). As well as have a good chat and banter with too which are the right characteristics of a well rounded instructor from my experiences! The facilities are adequate and all the other staff are friendly and approachable too.

If you want to learn, Cola is definitely the place to do it.
