Five Star Service. Fire Star Result.
Five Star Service. James Colbert & Co. provided an honest assessment of the value of the house at the initial valuation, and even during these difficult times, our 'single point' contact representative within JC & Co. attracted viewers and secured an acceptable offer. He kept us well informed during the time of Lender valuation and Engineers survey and gave regular updates when small issued needed to be clarified & resolved.

Best letting agency in Midleton
This is the first house I'm renting thru the agency. I think I couldn't meet better agent then Niamh and her team in Colbert&Co. They arange a viewing in time that suite us. They were helpful with all the information we asked. They are quick to respond if something needs to be done in the house. I highly recommend them
