⛔Mattress Paid But Not Delivered⛔

⛔(Order no. PV2224687) I am not judging the company but speaking from my own experience!⛔

I paid for a mattress on 16 October 2022. The delivery was scheduled for the 24th of the same month, but since then, no clear information on the delivery site, and no response from their customer service either on whats'app or by email.

I'm still waiting for a response from them so that we can come to an agreement either on a cancellation with a refund, or a commitment to respect the legal delivery time which is 30 days. I'll amend my comment to reflect this.

I hope they would work better on communication with customers.
