We originally obtained a quote from another company but they did not call back as promised and emails went unanswered. Chris and Jason from Cold Coast were phenomenal. From the moment we first contacted Cold Coast, they were extremely professional, responsive and patient. They came and quoted on an urgent job for us straight away, won the quote, and then managed to install - all within a few days! We had been trying to get quotes for months and Cold Coast turned it around in less than a week from the moment of first contact to the finished product install. They got the job done right and within our very tight timeframe. They worked with us through a complicated install (a very large house with 3 stories and 6 bedrooms with a mix of splits and ducted airconditioning) and patiently worked through our queries to ensure we had the right products for our premium holiday property. The MyAir system they installed is fabulous, and they were so considerate even down to the small details such as the colour of the cables they used to ensure the system worked with our space and blended in with the decor. They worked hard and were honest and communicated clearly with us throughout the whole process. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for the best solution for heating and cooling and for professional service. Thank you Cold Coast for a great job, we are extremely happy with the results! A well-earned 5 stars.
