Free shipping bug

The product is great. I absolutely love it. I had to wait a while for delivery (12 days), but in my opinion, it was worth it. The labels are very pretty and stiff, which would be a shame to throw away, and the product is as described. Only one thing annoyed me: the website states that free shipping is available for orders over 300 PLN, which is important because shipping isn't cheap. So I placed an order for 320 PLN, and they still charged me shipping. Then 330 and 340 PLN. They only charged free shipping around 360 PLN, but I didn't want to pay that much. Please fix this!

This hoodie is perfect

I had an event to go to and this hoodie came in perfect timing. The fit of it is perfect, the hood is wide and the arm cuffs fit my wrist tight to give that big sleeves vibe which I loveeee. Overall probably one of my best purchases and I’ll definitely be shopping again.

Nice wind breaker

I bought a wind breaker and it looks amazing it’s what I expected tbh and for a fair price but it sucks that the delivery system works diffrent in eu so I had to contact support but it delayed it 2 days nothing devastating

SCAMMERS THEY IGNORE YOU

SCAMMERS! Earlier, I already wrote a negative review because I had not received my money. Only after the review did they finally email me back. Now, once again, they have not responded to me for quite some time. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. I have proof that I have not been refunded by Cold Culture, and I am asking for a solution, but I am being ignored.

I was hesitant to order especially…

I was hesitant to order especially after reading some reviews, but my son really wanted a hoodie.
I had no problems at all, my order arrived ahead of the expected delivery date and it was easily tracked all the way. The quality of the clothing is great.
Saying that, I can’t comment on what the customer services are like as I didn’t need to contact them. I ordered on 29th march and my order arrived on 2nd April! It was expected on the 7th April so I was very happy

Worst purchase experience in a long time

I tried to do standard shipping…I got charged for fedex. I asked to reimburse immediately and I was told there was nothing they could do. The order then got lost in transit. A month of sending at least 8messages, if not more, and I finally got responses to come through. The order was redone and about 5 weeks after original purchase it arrived. Yes, I finally got credited for the shipping but this experience was miserable
