Not the exact item that was advertised on You Tube! Do not buy anything off you tube ads!! Do not buy this product!! It's just a small fan!! You can buy one a hell of a lot cheaper, bigger and better than these at Bunnings!! Have made contact for a full refund of the purchase price. See if I get it! Not Happy at all!!!

False advertising, not a cooler just a cheap noisy fan, what a rip off, waste of money, stay away!

deceptive advertising. Why does Facebook/marketplace continue to let these scammers operate?. I'm pretty sure losing these companies won't send them broke

The order was never delivered and after numerous e-mails I was refunded by my credit card provider.

It's false advertising. It's just a fan. Doesn't cool the air at all. Why do people do this? Scammers.
It's advertised as silent. Not true. Noisy. Clearly they have no ethics except to make money any way they can.
Should be blocked on the web.

Ordered some jeans and I never received it a few months prior to that I ordered some sweaters and I never received it. I first was taking that the shipping is slow didn’t realize it’s a complete scam. Really sad. especially in these times I could’ve use that money to buy groceries for my family. Totally ripped off.

What can I say that's different to what others have already said? not a lot really but this is my personal opinion of it.
During the hot weather we had in UK I decided I needed a real AC and not just a fan of which I already have a few, but I didn't want one of those great big ones, for one I now only live in a small home so don't really have the space for one, and two they are just too expensive for me, so I searched for a smaller version, it took a while but found the one from this Company, it looked just right for me, so waiting for the delivery which took a little while but finally got here, my impression was one of shock, I know I needed one that was smaller but I never expected it to be this small, it's smaller than a standard desk top fan, I tried it, I am using it but not in the way I had wanted. It does cool down to a degree but only if you have it right in front of you, on a desk/table, it is not big enough to cool a whole room which is what I had wanted, compared to the standard desktop fans in UK it's cheap, but not with a cheap price tag, it really IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
The ONLY good thing I could find to say is it's portable and re-chargable, really wish I'd researched more before I bought it, I would send it back but I refuse to pay the return postage.

Very similar experience to others here. Bought what was advertised as an AC unit with a water tank. What arrived was a very cheap fan with no water tank.
I contacted the company, who offered a partial refund, but only a full refund if I returned to China at a cost of $30 - 40.
I refused and opened a dispute with Paypal.
The company refused to pay return postage, or give a full refund so I escalated the claim.
Paypal found in my favour and issued a full refund.
Avoid this company, or if you are having problems with them, claim through Paypal or your bank.

THE UNIT IS LIKE A WEAK FAN AND AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME (MINUTES ONLY) IT CUTS OUT. AVOID AT ALL COST.

nothing but a fan. will not cool down any room, wasted my money. this is not any type of a a/c unit. left on room was 74 degrees closed door came back in an hour, still 74 degrees.

I have just received this after waiting weeks for delivery. It is not as described. It is noisy & when you put it on full power it makes also makes a rumbling sound every 5 seconds. It's not designed to stand as a tower; a d the box does not have the Coldeez name. It's called M60, Constant Wind Speed Tower Fan. Ridiculous sales descriptions & over-priced. Cannot find return instructions yet! Pursued advice given by another reviewer on requesting charge back. Gave PayPal the evidence. Fully refunded.

I was sent a product that I did not order. I believe the advertising, rating article and everything about this company is a scam. I ordered an air conditioner and received a piece of plastic junk! There is no number to call and I recommend NEVER ordering anything not listed on the BBB. I made a horrible mistake believing

If I could award minus figure, I would. This company shouldn't be allowed to advertise or sell anything in the UK, as it brazenly breaks the trades discription act. I did my homework before ordering two of these, & discovered they were allegedly manufactured in the US. My boyfriend loves cooking, but was uncomfortable in his kitchen, so thought it would be a lovely suprise gift. The units arrived today, and are definitely not cooling units! I paid £128 plus p+p for 2 small fans which I could've bought for £10 each in town. I'm really annoyed that these companies can get away with this sort of SCAM / RIP OFF. Is there any way, that iTrading standards can do anything about this. I'm so angry, as it would cost more to send them back, despite Coldeez offering 100% money back, no questions asked, if disappointed!

The unit arrived today. It doesn't work. It appears to be a fan, not a cooling unit. Any emails to the customer support bounce back. Emails to the reviewing companies bounce back. So there is no way of contacting anyone in order to get my money back. Sending the review to Coldeez will almost certainly bounce back. Let me know, please. I'm £70 out of pocket.

This product is advertised as an air cooler, it is nothing short of a normal FAN at 7 times the cost. Please look at the website Pissed Consumer and feel free to report these people to stop them doing the same. Also under the Trading Standards Act they can be held accountable as they are advertising in England. I am not leaving this, I am on below minimum wage, live in a caravan and my dog has been sweltering - hence I ordered one!

Cancelled my order within half an hour of ordering when realised the company was Hong Kong based. Still waiting for refund although they said it had been done and I should dispute this with my bank. Would certainly not recommend this product or this company.

I spent some time looking at the information about this cooling fan, but NOWHERE could I find the name of the manufacturer and that was a red flag to me. I search for much longer and eventually found "Made in China" that was enough for me, so decided to read the reviews. Having read the reviews, I shall not be going anywhere near this company. I would rather die of heat exhaustion then allow myself to be conned.

I ordered one of these, but was taking to long to be delivered i requested this be cancelled and full refund had a note to say its cancelled and refund will be given. Guess what NO REFUND
