Customer service and great products

I ordered an ice bath for our indoor spa room. Their customer support was very understanding when I had to delay delivery due to our build schedule, and they worked with me. Delivery went well, and the machine is top notch. 10/10 customer service.

My colderatti experience.

When I first entered the cold plunge market I saw a reddit post discussing the quality of colderatti tubs. I was quite surprised to see that these things actually seemed pretty good. Then I saw the price. 14,999 for a piece of steel and a machine that cools it down. I then booked a call and talked to one of their people. The entire business seemed very scummy. I told them that I was well aware of how much they spent on these tubs and that I was happy to pay double that. For those of you wondering you can buy these tubs from Chinese manufacturers for like 3-4k.

I then discussed with them why their tub was "different" they said that it was scientifically proven to work an assortment of miracles.

The biggest scam of all is their warranty. I was going to pay $700 for a warranty of four years which I thought was going to work well. Thankfully unlike most of their victims I went ahead and read their policy. I was going to have to buy their water cleansing kit $199 every 3 months to maintain my warranty. This warranty only counted towards chiller malfunctions for those who don't know. You are also automatically stuck on a subscription when you buy.

I never actually purchased a tub but I hope this clears stuff up for fellow customers.
