My husband absolutely adores this company’s shoes , so much so he now doesn’t wear his Jeffery Wests any longer.
I have bought him trainers, golf shoes and 4 pairs of different work shoes , they are simply spectacular both in design and comfort.
They are worth every penny and their customer service is 5* !!!

I’ve checked your order and can see that you selected a UK size 10. As our shoes are marked in US sizing, the label inside will show US 11, which is the equivalent of UK 10. I hope this helps clarify things.

Bad quality in your latest version of the zero grand shoes
I ordered some black zero grand shoes. I have probably 25 pairs of your shoes mostly in black and brown for work purposes but also some of the multicoloured ones and I have them in more than one location. I think they are excellent shoes.
However, when I receive the new black shoes They have been changed and design and in the materials and they are looking much less attractive in terms of the style shape and quality – it feels like it’s suddenly been downgraded to save money and I will no longer be buying your shoes because I’ve given up on going backward in my life I only like to keep things to a high standard or a better standard. You should not be taking the standard lower as you have done I’m disappointed and I think your business will suffer as a result because loyal customers like me will not buy your products.

good prompt dispatch generally a nicely made shoe quality leather used very light
only issue i had and reason i decided to return the product was the size of the bottom white rubber sole which was zig zag shape near the bottom and would be a problem to keep clean

Wedding filmmakers don't look anywhere else!
After ordering a size too big, returning was easy and I purchased another pair in the meantime.
Having speaking with customer service regarding the laces, they made me feel accommodated and offered a part refund for the damage of one of the laces, which was very kind.
The Men's ZERØGRAND Remastered Stitchlite ™ Wingtip Oxfords are incredible, super comfy, excellent materials used and lasted 12 hours on mob feet for wedding filming and have done the best job over any shoe to date.
*Definitely a size larger than whatever size you are

Terrible Return Process – Avoid!!!!
Extremely disappointing experience. I returned a pair of shoes over two weeks ago, unworn and in their original condition, due to the noticeably poor quality compared to other options at the same price point.
Despite providing proof of return and confirmation that their warehouse received the item, my refund has still not been processed. The lack of communication and unacceptable delay in handling returns is beyond frustrating.
If you value timely service and reliable customer care, I would strongly reconsider purchasing from this company. I’ve now had to escalate the issue through Klarna due to the complete lack of accountability.
