Straight up lies about the shipping time in the listing. Claimed 4-6 week preparation/delivery time, it’s been well over 2 months (going on 12 weeks) for a very expensive item. Had no problem taking hundreds of dollars within minutes of me purchasing, but any support emails I’ve sent are met with no help at all and just suggest to go to a discord chat (very unprofessional) they have no problem spam emailing me about the new drops, but won’t provide any support related emails about my order OR answer the massive question of WHERE IS MY ORDER!

Was really excited about the leather jacket I ordered for myself (October 30th). In the items description it said shipping would take 4-6 weeks, if you’re going to give a time estimate that long, for an item as expensive as it is, you should have a very accurate and precise shipping estimate time. It’s now been over 2 months since I placed my order and haven’t received any word from the seller and through shop or email. Genuinely crazy that you can charge that much money for an item and still not fulfill requirements for over 2 months. I’d give 0 stars if possible as well, beyond disappointed. Reached out through the “Shop” apps customer service feature, was never 1 time met with any kind of helpful response, or even any response related to my issue.

Would like to give zero stars but can’t . Very disappointed I placed an order on the 18th November. Money taken from bank received a confirmation email stating I’d receive a email in 5-7 days about delivery. I’m still waiting I’ve emailed several times regarding this. Only for email to bounce back. Shocking customer service
