Customer service is a fraud
Package was stuck during 20 days without doing anything (in France). Then I tried to reach Customer Service and wasn't able to speak to a "real" agent.
Package was marked as delivered the day after (which it was not, I was all day at home) and I can't contact Colicoli to raise an inquiry or a complaint

Your couriers are liars
Your couriers are liars. They cheat and don't deliver the package to the correct address. My package is missing, and your courier signed it and took photos. But We called him, and he claimed that he gave the package to a concierge,but we don’t have concierge. Then he lied and said that he put the package in a mailbox, and the photo shows a different mailbox. The courier cheated and gave my package to other people.
